Thanks for the lists guys. Many of those are on my list to play but missed a couple including Slay the Spire. Could not get into DMC 5, FFXV (I like some Japanese games but these really did not resonate with me), Enter the Gungeon or After Party. Sounds like Plague Tale is a must play and I'm also game to check out Yakuza 0 and Slay the Spire. There are definitely a few cases where I discovered games from the GP quests...really dug Sniper Elite 4 and Superhot. I'll be gaming a bit more during this CV lockdown for sure so keep the lists coming!

Did anyone get a notification from the app saying Doom Eternal is ready for gamepass?
I should have taken a snapshot

I bought Shadow of the Tomb Raider back in December when it was on sale. It was due to it being in GP. Was loving the game. But since its been off, I can't access it anymore even though I bought it. Anyone else been through this?

That's what is says now. And, "sign into the account you used when purchasing".

There's no customer service number to call anymore. Basically the site says that if the problem persists, you have to buy it again. Which is some legit BS.

Use their online troubleshoot and if there isnt a fix, they'll call back. Not as good as the old customer service but you'll reach someone.

My gut says they'll tell you to uninstall and reinstall from your My Games list.

Rewards members: there is a hot deal now where you can get 3 months of GP ultimate for 24500 points. One per account, but adding three months at that point total is great. Good until June 2022 now.

I just can’t get into Nier Automata. Thinking about moving onto either DMC5 or Ace Combat 7

Nier automata just has that game magic, the magic that when it clicks, you just can't put your finger, like Mario and Zelda.
When you dissect it, it really isn't impressive (outside of music) but when it gets going it's just pure bliss imo
Great game.

I didn't care for Nier. Beat it 3 times like people said you had to in order to appreciate it. I never learned to appreciate it. Boring combat. Didn't think it was interesting to look at Not into anime. To each their own though.

Damn I can't imagine beating a game I don't like even one time. Is it short or something??

I’m playing it on Hard (the game mode! Ha.), and the very first part of driving me nuts because if you die before you beat the boss it brings you all the way back to the opening sequence. Argghhhh.

Not that short. People kept telling me my mind would be blown and I felt like I went past the point of no return. 2nd and 3rd playthrough's are shorter than the first. 3rd felt more like an epilogue. Was very different. So the investment after the first time wasn't too crazy.

To be fair, what people love about that game is the story. To appreciate the story, you have to pay very careful attention and not be turned off by anime. I respect the story. Anime is just not my thing. I can't get past anime over-dramatic dialogue. The creator of the story is very talented for sure. So I wouldn't talk people out of playing it. Give it a shot and if you're kind of digging it after a few hours, you'll probably love it later. Original story telling for sure.
