Its lit and spinning.
My external has a standby light blinking and the drive isn't spinning. Maybe just your brand of external?

It has to be on if your game is stored on your external, and you want to use instant-on.
Gotcha. I don't have an external HD, just the one it came with.
I don't know how people fill their hard drives. I never even get close. But then, I'm kind of a minimalist, always throwing things out, both in real life and digitally.
Aw man, I'm using like, 5 gigs...Gotcha. I don't have an external HD, just the one it came with.

Two journalists from Brazil reporting that their Xbox one X have bricked after updating, one being a project scorpio edition, and neither stating if they were part of the preview program or anything else....
Agree. If they would just up the resolution and nothing else it would do wonders.Wish they would enhance Batman: Arkham Knight. Looks rough.

TrueNa, not after how they "enhanced" The Return to Arkham collection. Complete and utter lazy fail job.
I’ve had some issues with HDR for two games now where switching HDR off made the games look a lot better. The first was Red Dead 2 and now Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey. Both of these games looked washed and too bright with HDR but with it off they look exceptionally better. I’m gaming on a Sony 800D model which is a basic 4K TV with HDR 10 capabilities. Reviews for this set are that its great for fast motion with very low input lag but basic when it comes to HDR. The funny thing is Assassin’s Creed: Origins looked phenomenal with HDR turned on so this is confusing me.
Rdr2 doesn't have real hdr at the moment, they're working on a patch, it looks really grey right now with it on. Odyssey should look good though, haven't heard anything else, looks fine on my tv.I’ve had some issues with HDR for two games now where switching HDR off made the games look a lot better. Sent my 1X for repairs. No Xbox for the next few weeks. I rushed to get Red Dead done haha.
Guess the switch will do for the next few weeks.
