curious... could we ever see an xbox controller, in the near future or next gen, with two more buttons? say near the bottom, where one would be dedicated to snap and another to record.

i know its possible if you have the chatpad already.

could it be done using the elite controller and designating one of the rear buttons to do so?

I expected MS to do that when they they did the controller with the 3.5mm jack in it. Then I really really expected them to do it with the elite controller.

Not sure how it works with the chat-pad, but its absence on newer model controllers seems to imply it isn't as simple as it seems.

Why are system updates ridiculously huge (3.3GB) for this thing? I've updated twice since the big update last November, just to connect it last week to test out the Windows 10 streaming and see the massive update. You'd think a software company could figure out a way not to require such massive updates for really minor OS changes/upgrades.

This thing has been worse at eating up my pitiful monthly data than my new Windows 10 laptop.

They can bring back the black and white button. Go old school!

You know nothing about software and the amount of data it takes for an update to be successful. The minority of the updates does not mean it suddenly takes less data to update.

I know the PS4 updates are only around 250 MB and they get the job done without the ridiculous need for 3GB+ downloads that do absolutely nothing.

I wanted to see the size of the latest update on the PS4, but it doesn't show that information anywhere, so we'll have to wait for the next update to prove you wrong.

I'm in the preview program, and the updates are always around 200 or 300 MB.

Are people excited by this because it looks like some atmospheric and modern take on Zelda? I am the guy right now looking at this and not understanding the excitement...but I feel like I am going to miss out on something incredible if I don't jump in with everyone else.

It's like one of those hidden image stereograms...you really want to see what everyone else is seeing but you keep staring at it and...nothing. What is this game hiding???

Xbox One just took a s***.:smash: Got stuck on the green loading screen then went to an error message E200 000000EF 00000000. I tried a hard restart and unplugging it for 30 seconds and no luck. Gonna get a 4gb flash drive and try offline diagnostic tool and if that doesn't work will have to send it in.:ycry:

Got it running not sure how. I'm afraid to turn it off but afraid if I leave it running it might burn my apartment down. Does restore factory defaults clear the hdd and fix any errors or corruption the drive might have?
