Anyone know how to set it up so that you get an email when kids or whoever purchase content on your Xbox?

Microsoft makes it as difficult as possible to do basic stuff like this.

Gears of War Devs Reveal Series Timeline and How the Gears Universe Can Grow

Looks like Gears games from Coalition here to stay. No talk whatsoever about experimenting with a new IP. All Gears, all the time. :bang:

Need to experiment with genre. A Gears RPG could be great...Even an mMO.

Series need breaks. Creators need breaks. Consumers need breaks. Maybe it's just because Gears is a franchise I could take or leave but I also feel the same about 343 and Halo which I'm a much bigger fan of. If they go this route, they still could have a 2nd team like what Playground is doing (at least we believe they are working on FH5 AND Fable reboot simultaneously). Hell Obsidian and NT are at least making AA games along with the AAA games....MS should have all studios doing this at minimum IMO. Keeps creative juices flowing, folks can move between projects, etc. I don't see much value in a studio ONLY doing one IP. If this is the case, I REALLY hope MS have a few more studio acquisitions on the horizon.

If ray tracing is tied to the CUs then it doesn't seem like the lower end Lockhart would be able to do ray tracing at all.

I am very interested to see how this "hardware" based RT is, if it is running CU's I don't think that actually qualifies as hardware based RT.

That makes no sense.CUs are hardware and thus it is hardware accellerated ray tracing.

I can only assume you made this comment by comparison to Nividia's PC GPUs. The basic of an RT core is simple faster data access. More efficient, yes.Absolutely needed, not really.

Tensor cores are basically for faster AI learning.

It will basically boil down to the usual outcome of PC has a bit more.
