Bought and played this a dozen hours at release on xbox one. I knew beforehand that I shouldn't have expected a Skyrim like game but it felt so janky and far away from what I love about that universe that I gave up without having experienced anything I'd call fun.
I even bought a mount thinking it would somehow make me like the game lol

Maybe it's a totally different game today?

I've always wanted to try ESO (especially the Morrowind stuff), but Fallout 76 kinda turned me off of Bethesda franchise related MMO's. I'm assuming this is fairly different than 76 in style and gameplay, I'll probably give it a shot once the next gen patch hits this summer.

It is far different, this MMO is sooo much better. The best in my opinion and I play lots of them.

I also play eso every day, at least to do some dailies. I've been playing for years. Great game.

Just a heads up that you can now download Retroarch without having to go into development mode. You have to follow a link from Discord and request to be "whitelisted", at which point you follow a link through the Edge browser and download it. I submitted a request about five days ago and it already went through.

You can load in roms via a USB instead of using a portal as the dev mode allowed. So far today I've had success running SNES (Super Mario World), Genesis (Gunstar Heroes) and N64 (Goldeneye) flawlessly. The only thing I've noticed is a bit of button lag, but it could be due to some settings that need to be tweaked.

A much requested user-feature is being included in today’s update! Users will now have access to a new group that will show all current Quick Resume save states. Additionally, the Guide will now indicate if your actively running game supports Quick Resume.
