I think that is pretty much a certainty. If you look at where they seem to be, and then take in to account the exclusives for 2015 already( Halo 5, Fable Legends, Quantum Break, and most likely a Forza 6) then it seems even more likely for 2016

Well I would love it sooner but you know what...give them the time. Let them make the best GEARS yet!!! I want it to be as good if not better than the original Trilogy! I played Gears 3 MP nightly for over a year!! The reason I have such a backlog is playing too much GEARS!

The PC option is for Monitors no tv will handle it right.

As for setting the picture use the HDTV Calibration to set it right and not have it too bright or too dark.

Going from 360 to x1 your brightness setting on tv needs to be lowered, but all that is explained in the calibration.

Oh interesting. Cause so far for all my gaming the brightness remains unchanged at 50 out of 100.

I hate to say it but I agree. Fortunately 2015 is packed, but I have to assume we'll see something related to Gears no later than E3 2015.

Because of their business decisions that is after all the most important thing. Their decisions directly affect us gamers and usually in big ways. Replying to a few tweets does not absolve a company of poor decision making and is not a reason to respect/love a company. This sort of communication method is the norm, nigh on all gaming companies do it.

Replying to a few tweets? Major Nelson went to a YouTuber's home to set the record straight during the launch of the Xbox One. This guy was one of the most vocal people leading the witch hunt against Microsoft before the One launched. If that's not a show of goodwill i don't know what is. I didn't see Ken Kutaragi or Kaz Hirai show up at anyone's house to apologize for the PS3 launch debacle back in 2006.

One man, Don Mattrick, he soured the Xbox brand and is a main reason many 360 owners jumped ship so early on.

Take a look at Sony, they even say they're not sure why there are so many PS4's sold and again, I blame Don Mattrick for his stupidity (he had the wheel, all the f'ups were under his direction).

I'm 50/50 about Major Nelson but I like Phil Spencer, guys seems legit.

I don't see what Mattrick or Microsoft did to bring on all the hate to begin with. Because they branched out with Kinect and entertainment features? Weren't you one of the people saying the 360 was still getting it done for you while others accused Microsoft of abandoning the hardcore gamer? Now that it fits your agenda you roll with it huh? Like the Xbox brand has been on a downward spiral for years now. What changed exactly? Just a few years ago everyone loved the 360 and you were defending it. You know what it is at the end of the day? No matter what these companies do, people simply get tired of sticking to a brand. It was Sony's turn to take the torch this generation. No matter what Microsoft did with the Xbox One, take away all the anti-gamer policies, they were still going to be behind in sales. The One might have a couple million more sales right now but it would likely still trail the PS4. People just want to hate Microsoft, we've established that.

I've actually played a few matches of titanfall with Major Nelson. he's a really cool dude and a awesome person to play with. I love how he games a lot with all the fans. that actually means a lot coming from a big gamer like myself.

I do not think it is bulls***, but at the same time I think the "hate" is self imposed by MS. Much like Sony at the start of the last-gen the "Hate" stems from the decisions these companies make. Sony did a ridiculous price point, their PR was egotistical, and their software was lacking. For MS this-gen it is sort of similar, the obsessed nature around Kinect, the poor PR for their original policy, and their lack of proving kinect to be worth the high price point.
If we look at last-gen, where did the "Hate" come from for MS ? they did very little wrong, they were highly praised by most, but things like the RROD fiasco earned them some continual hate. Their Pay for MP earned them some thanks to PSN+ being free. Then they kept the generation going longer than some were comfortable with, their software offerings fell off some too.

I think when you look at it purely subjectively you can see than people do not hate this company or that one, they simply hate some of the decisions they make. This is normal, understandable, and at the very least it is normal for businesses.

Because the 360 was a better overall console than the PS3. People can claim they hate a console or company all they want and they'll still buy and support it. To put it bluntly, most of the haters are full of sh!t. Plus forum gamers are the minority when it comes to gamers as a group. Whatever fight you think you're winning on the internet has no real effect on the real world. Most gamers are just enjoying the games and don't take part in the politics side of gaming. Crazy thought huh? The point is, even though we know people are full of crap who hate on plastic machines, it still gets old.

Criticism and healthy debate are one thing. Then there's the hate for Microsoft this gen. It's like no other. It was pretty bad for Sony last gen but that was mostly just harmless jokes after the first couple years. Maybe it'll cool down in the coming years for the X1 but so far this gen is just a nonstop barrage against Microsoft. They changed all the policies people. They took out Kinect. They've had two straight E3 shows dedicated to nothing but the games. The Xbox One isn't as underpowered as you thought it was, and you don't even have a clue what it can do anyway. You didn't design the console. You're not a developer. So sit back and wait and see what happens.

Who the f*** you talking too? When did a even say I had an issue with the One? This is a strong exp just to get my point across but think of MS as a boyfriend or gf who slipped you around a bit yeah they may have changed but they have a lot to prove first before you will give them a go again. They lift a very deep mistrust with gamers this gen after all the good will they built up last gen s*** its so like Sony from PS2 to ps3 it's almost funny.

MS is coming back and going to all their how not to be an a****** anonymous meetings and I hope sales pick up and they catch up with Sony. Both company's have acted like a******s and paid for it I hope it's a clear message to both for years to come and any other company too.

I do not know how much would have been different now, if it actually could have meant that Sony was not on top sales wise...but Don Mattrick did f*** up a lot of things. I will never forget what he said about countries that don't really have all that great of an internet connection. They can buy Xbox 360 he said....wow. Phil spencer turned a lot of things around, i am pretty sure he made the decision to release a Kinectless Xbox One for 399 and to mostly focus on games and nothing but games during E3 and GC. Mattrick?.....i doubt it would have been exactly like that with him.

I mean on 360 it was alright. XBLA and some of those bigger games..but that was mostly 5GB per game? Now we're talking 40 to 50GB

Anyone else with a similar internet connection and Xbox One? If so...how did that go when downloading digital games?

Oh man....i should have never signed the contract to have this internet connection for two years. Ah well, nothing i can do about it. At the end of March 2015, i can go to a new ISP and have 90 tot 180mbit if i want, it's gonna be real sweet then. I am testing something now. I am redownloading a 7GB game on 360 and see how long it takes..i can then kinda figure out how long a 40 or 50GB truly would take.

Worst case scenario is that i won't be buying digital games until the end of March and thus buy all my games retail. As for that sharing option on Xbox One. My bro told me i can play all his games, but first i am gonna have to download them all, don't i? Probably best to just take my X1 with me to his place and download them there. He got a much better connection.

I am now downloading Street Fighter AE, it's 6.54 GB, i started the download an hour ago and it's at 50%.

I'm pretty sure they will gladly give you their fastest connection instead of the slow connection you got now.
Btw I didn't even know it was possible to get that slow connections nowadays ?!?!
