X019 is coming to London later this year in November. For the uninitiated, X019 is an event meant to celebrate everything Xbox.

Join us for X019, a global celebration of all things Xbox, where people can watch online for news, hands-on first looks, and surprises on the largest live Inside Xbox episode and Xbox event of the year.
Ticketing information will be revealed at Gamescom in August. Until then, stay up to date with all of the announcements coming out of E3 2019.

They need to start feeding me Halo. Starting with a Reach remaster for the MCC...

With Sony announcing a release window for PS5 and dropping information, it makes me wonder if that puts any urgency into Microsoft’s next gen information roll out?

They may want to play the wait and see game, wish they’d show something halo related.
This is the most I have been excited about a Hako game since the midnight release of Halo 2. I don’t but physical games anymore but I am considering physical and digital copies of infinite.

I wonder if they’ll show their other unannounced project, or if they will stick with Bleeding Edge stuff?

Ninja Theory’s going to leave you on the edge of your seat at #X019

Bleeding "EDGE"

This may just be a "side project", albeit an important one. I'd prefer NT work on actual kick-ass games but if they can help people, that is actually more important in reality. Here's hoping their "A" team is working primarily on a game but also maybe on this important project as well.

‘New demos’ sounds promising, but I wish they’d release more demos publicly, like the demos that used to come with the OXM mag.

I remember going ape sh*t when they launched the Lost Planet demo during E3 (2006?). Some surprise demos would be nice but I have way to many games in my backlog now than to f*ck with demos!

My take:

  • No new first party AAA game announcement
  • No new studios purchased
  • No Scarlet details
  • Same three announcers on a mountain dew high
  • Will be games games games, but not really their own games (third party, DLC, and details on Ori, Cuphead DLC)
  • Elite 2 controller talk
  • Game Pass game announcements
  • 1 trillion enemies killed in the Outer World
  • New cosmetic micro-transactions for Gears 5
