Batman v Superman

It's not a perfect comic book movie, but it's easily my most favorite out of all superhero movies. Saw it 5 times already. 2x IMAX 3D Laser, 1X IMAX 2D, 1x Cinemark XD, 1x regular 3D. I'm going to see it one more time. It's going to be my last, and it will be in 4DX format at the Regal LA Live in downtown LA. This is one of the only two 4DX theatres in the US.
Really? Better than all of The Dark Knight trilogy? Better than Deadpool?

Mine too Kiki . Granted I havent seen Deadpool yet. But I like the more serious tone from Dawn of Justice.

Over 800M and word that the R rated version might get cinema release

Yeah I can't wait for the directors cut, will order the bluray with Superman statue exclusive from Amazon.

Lol, Civil War will surpass BvS's WW gross by this Saturday. Affleck, you coulda been a contenda.

I'll watch the rated R version in theaters again unless it's too close to home rated R release.
Is it getting a theater release? I really enjoyed the theatrical version, but hearing about how much footage was cut has me excited. Plus, Snyder's Ultimate Cut for Watchmen is really good.

I really doubt it will happen. The public has already seen the movie. Plus, releasing a "bad" version of a movie to theaters, only to release a "good" version months later would set a terrible precedent.

Saw the unedited version last night..its a little better..but still not a great movie.

The new scenes did at least show Lex's plan in far more detail...though they still didn't show him figuring out everyone's identity.

The Ult Edition solves quite a few problems, especially in regards to pacing and a bit more character development, mainly for Lex. What it doesn't solve though is the fact it's just not a great story. Not expecting Pulp Fiction or Shawshank levels, but for a comic book film it's just not a great story. And the turning point of the film is still as ridiculous ever, and you just know the writers thought they were clever as hell when they wrote it.

I haven't seen it yet but after watching trailers it's already known that batman and superman are forced to team up. That's one thing that's turned me off from it. But I'll still watch it to see how it plays out.

How much longer is this version?
