Backwards Compatibility

It's the same as 360 games. If you have the disc put it in to download the code. Bought it digital? Just re dl it.

You won't get free access to the digital version because you owned the disc.

Of course, I just recently started another playthrough of KOTOR on my laptop, but I still have the disc and may have to back compat it as well.

So have they said if Xbox live will work for games that had online play?

Good lord. I was hoping that eventually an OG Xbox emulator on PC became functional enough to make this possible on PC for years and tada, straight from MS.

Will be downloading Star Wars KOTOR when I have time. Looking forward to playing it again. Not sure what other OG games I’ll download yet.
 
The coolest thing about this is possible framerate improvements. That's the reason I don't go back to them. I don't mind the old school art, but the choppiness I can't handle.

I want Republic Commando and Hulk: Ultimate Destruction
 
the only game i'll ever play on BC would be Metal Arms: Glitch in the System if and when it arrives.
