I think the problem with indie games is that there isn't even close to the proper amount of toilet humor available. s***s and giggles is what I will call the game.Sounds like a typical low quality indie game that would be downloaded by millions

Unless said person has money to burn for lawsuits that after years would have him/her break even from attourney fees.Has anyone considered the implications if someone creates an original ip that becomes really popular and rouses the interest of a developer to make a full blown game? Would the creator have any rights to it or does anything created using Spark become the ip of its developer (not even sure sure who this is, ms studios?)
