Yeah, I read that earlier. it's a very good comparison. I'm looking forward to picking up my ps4 in Feb or March.
Greatness awaits...maybe....in Spring 2014. Until then, I am gaming on my 360. All games release so far, with good scores are available for current gen, e.g BF4, AC4. I see no good reason to upgrade at the moment for me. By them, also, Forza will have more cars/tracks, KI will have full roster & maybe arcade/story modes.
There are still a lot of good games to play this gen. You are not missing out much, unless you are Forza fan. After I am done with gears 3. I will buy Skyrim, & maybe te DLCs for Dishonored. These should occupy me until Spring, whenever spring comes next year.here in japan we all have to wait until spring 2014 anyway
yeah i haven't played Dishonored, Skyrim, BioShock Infinite and GTA V yet so it's all good but still...

I honestly wonder if the MS Store is throwing off estimates. I doubt anyone is connected to their numbers, and MS Store has been hyping itself for pre-orders far more than Sony Style store(s) both online and offline.

I notice peoples' expectations seems to get lower for next gen, here, compare to the past.
During 360 time, which console have better overall sales is always hotly contested, now people are happy if the sales as close to PS4.
During current gen, graphics for multiplatform are always hotly contested. Now, people are happy, if the differences is close to PS4, or no significant difference.
Current gen, a game need to score at least in the mid 80s to be consider a good game, now 7+ is acceptable as a good game for next gen.
Don't hate me, its just an observation I notice for a while.

Anyway I went to BB today to trade in my two 360s, there were already some folks in line for the opening tonight and the BB employee seemed to think they were going to sell quite a lot of them. Was kind of annoyed that the only games on sale were the multi-plats, none of the console exclusives were out yet. Guess I will have to go back tomorrow to pick up Ryse. Also no other accessories except the controllers were out yet.

A couple of things:
- There is less of a "jump" this gen than in the past. 720p to 1080p while not insignificant, is not blowing us away. The games look better but last gen games overall looked pretty damn good.
- When you favor the console that, let's say, isn't the most powerful and you have valid reasons (better online service, exclusive preference), you tend to downplay some things as well. It's human nature.
- On game scores, that is just a launch thing. Tons of ppl bought PDZ (it sold over a million copies all told) and it was a "6-7" game. Folks tend to be more forgiving at launch especially if the game has pretty graphics.
I'd do it right now to make sure you get it done and don't have to hassle at midnight. The midnight thing may be hectic and those trade-ins can take a while.
Play and charge kits are available too, they must have sold out. I picked up mine last week.
You're right, there were play and charge kits as well. No other accessories though like headsets, the charging stations, etc.
Looks like the Xbox One is receiving rave reviews. Can't wait to see what IGN says as they're the biggest company out there.

What are you talking about? I'm excited that the next gen is finally here and i can't enjoy that? I've been saying the same thing since well before May 21st when the Xbox One was announced. No schtick, just a passion for gaming. True greatness awaits tonight at midnight.
