I beat 2 last night and now I am working on part 1. I am loving that one again too, it has been a few years since I last played it. I will say, the dodge feels off after playing part 2, still great.
I have had the Wii u since launch and I will admit that I had given up on it. I am so glad that I gave Hyrule warriors a chance, it pulled me back in and gave me Nintendo fever again, which I haven't had for years! In fact I even bought the pro controller and finally beat Mario 3d world after giving up on the green stars last year.
 
It's waiting for me at Best Buy but haven't had time to pick it up yet. Which means I won't have time to play it right away either until after Evil Within.
 
The pacing of the action is unusual. I just finished four consecutive boss fights. You don't see that with many other games.
 
Sadly it appears to be bombing.

Already out of the UK to 40.
 
not sure "bombing" would be the correct word considering it has been out in the US for 2 whole weeks.

Best game I have played all year (not many) and it is not even close.
 
yup it crashed and burned in Jap and the UK. Hopefully it wont be overlooked like other Platinum titles.

300k as of Nov 1st is not too shabby considering the install base. Possible it could surpass 500k including digital over the holidays which should make Nintendo and Platinum

Just VGC numbers, NPD numbers should be available sometime soon.

I normally could careless about numbers but my hope is that this game unlike other platinum games will see some success and possibly a Bayonetta 3
 
Got the last copy at my Target Tuesday, took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 sale.

Sweet I'm glad it came with the 1st game because I've never played it. Right now I'm playing through the 1st Halo on the Xbox One.

Yeah it is a great value especially if you have not played it on the 360.

Just got Halo evolved for the 360 last year, how is the MCC collection ? Worth revisiting again if someone already has played through the originals ?

I've only been playing the original haven't even touched multiplayer but having fun so far. But Smash next week will take up all my gaming time.

Yes me and my daughter are going to have a blast with that. I see the idiots who were mad at Nintendo for stomping the competition last gen love talking ish now, meanwhile wii U owners are playing all these amazing games that aren't broke out of the box lol.
 
As soon as I'm done with Evil Within I'll be all over this game. Not sure if I want to play through the first one again....
 
Finished last night. Really, really good. Amazing, in fact.
 
Just spent about a month on this game....Couple of questions though:

1: How the F do you tie up and slam down enemies with the Alruna (Whip)? That's the last few "bewitchments" I can't seem to get. Ohh (no spoilers) the ??? boss is hard as NAILS but finally got those bracelets! And ohh yes, the Chain Chomp is funny as hell! Unleash it at Chap. 3 at those cats and LOL-Copter ensues! The other bewitchment I don't have is open up all the witches resting places. The last one is tough and I have given up on it for a bit to have some fun with Chain Chomp

2. So what scores do you have? I have pure plats on Climax I (Easy) and Climax II (Reg) but only silver so far on Climax II (Hard) (Bitchanasch hard is hard...Forced to use a lot of items since witch timing is much more stringent in this mode). Haven't given Inifinate Climax a whirl yet. Still need to locate both Balder and Rosa (Verse cards. Rosa especially, you need to play verses until her card pops).
