Bloodborne to be 30fps by choice.

Well you can believe whatever you wish, but even from these terrible screengrabs from a poor quality youtube vid shows that BB is way ahead.
Look at the lighting, shadows, textures..etc. BB is exactly what it should be, the next step up from last gen.. The only thing your pics have an upper hand with is AA, and that it is be expected when downsampling from such high resolution and adding other AA methods to boot.

Why is this discussion about graphics anyway ? it is supposed to be about that last-gen FPS.

Its about the graphics because they aren't nothing to shout about and 60fps could be achieved.
Again my opinion could change when I actually play it.

Also, before you go on with the Ryse angle, just take note that I do own DS2. There is only one version I own and it's the same as you.

Funny thing is Ryse is actually an exceptionally good looking game. I have yet to see anything match it in the Console space. PC has one or two that could be argued validly. So not so sure where he was going with that.

are you sure about that ? this is a developer who struggled with last-gen hardware initially, struggled with the infinite power of PC hardware too.

Can your PC run current games max details/performance?

Its laughable to say Ryse Xbox One looks better then the best the PC has to offer.

Im going that its not the best looking game ESPECIALLY in comparison to certain PC offerings.
But xbunion thinks it is

But is crysis better looking when playing on similar hardware ? doubt full. I bet you would struggle to run that game at medium with low power CPU's and GPU's- especially the X1. Everything is relative. Shouting from the roof tops that top spec PC's can pump out better graphics is about as worth while as telling people you can pee 20ft vertically. With all things being made = then Ryse would probably stand above everything else.

Anyway, enough of that crap...Bloodbourn looks nice visually to me, and I do not care about it being restricted to 30fps. This new style of combat should be fine with it.

Yes Crysis 3 is better with similar hardware.
You don't care about 30fps with a game like BloodBorne?
That's fine but after playing the Souls games (which are slower paced) and seeing how much better movement, dodging etc was BB being 30fps SUCKS.

How about bringing the thread back on topic, ladies?

I never have cared about FPS for the majority of games. As long as it is stable ( no Blighttown crap) then I am happy 90% of the time. Rcers, fighters, Sports are pretty much a 60FPS must, but with open world racers that is obviously unlikely, but again, a consistent and stable FPS is needed.

ok..... but if those extra frames sacrifice things like physics and scale, how is this improving the experience on a longevity level? what I am trying to explain to you is with tolerable settings, the extra resources can be used to make the game play experience behave almost life-like or completely interactive on a grand scale. THIS is what creates fun factor, not the other two.

just to give you an idea.

I would take games that look like Resident Evil 4 on the GameCube with that level of physical interaction over 60fps and higher resolution any day of the week.

30fps by choice. 1080p by talent. Best seller award winning game only on PlayStation by destiny.
