Same. Beta tested, been a XBL member since the beginning, in the US, gamerscore of over 63000, and an XBL Rewards Legend, but nothing.

I have a question. When 360 came out and a few years after it, i had the Credit card on automatic renewal of XBL. Then when the sub ended, i decided to stop with the Credit card and buy 12 months of XBL from a webshop. Does MS still see me as a Gold member for ever since the 360 launch and before it? Or does MS see you as a new Gold member each time you buy XBL gold again after a year?
