Crypto Currencies / NFT discussion

I was thinking QC as a miner would be insane and change the whole game.

You are probably correct. I would think it would vastly reduce the time of proof or work setups and make them superior. Ethereum migrated to proof of stake so i'd imagine that migrating to quantum computing for an existing crypto currency is possible if the work is put in.

Legally, I don't think anyone who was sponsored by FTX and other scam products can be held liable unless they knew it was a scam. You'd have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they knew exactly what was going on behind the scenes since day one, and without that, those cases are probably gonna get thrown out. Obviously it'll still cost money in lawyer fees and their reputation is likely hurt or completely tanked, but I'm not convinced they can be held liable.

They knew it was a scam from day one.

Is there actual evidence of that, like actual record conversations in audio or text form, because if not, a claim of ignorance can be had. Unless they have some seriously damning evidence, I can't see this case being successful.
I bet Paul knew for sure. He’s a scumbag. Lohan, probably not first hand.
