If you look closely at the title of the project on his desktop, you can barley make out "State of Play" followed by a year and "trailer_DS2".

This looks so damn good. 2025 release is fine by me. Gives me time to give the original another playthrough.
It's definitely a very love it or hate it game. It was very different but the production value is off the charts.
The first game has over 16 million players
It's a Kojima game at its finest/worst. I loved the first game, but I loved mgs4 and shenmue 1-3 (not a Kojima game I know) and those were hated by at least half of those who played them.
I'm looking forward to this, might go to a friend and play it on PC for the real experience graphically (see what I did there @DriedMangoes) though.
