It's in four days and I was just wondering if anyone here ever did it before. I missed out previously, but I think someone on TXB actually won something from this contest. The way they're doing is some kind of auction and I'm curious about how that works.

I rarely drink Mt Dew; definitely not enough to have a chance to win one.

I knew a kid back in high school who won a 360. His dad like owned a bowling alley and all the thrown out Mt Dew bottles he took.

Been a few parties this month so dorito's and mountain dews were pretty accessible. Got about 500 pts so far, but I'm guessing this isn't much.

love MD but don't drink it often anymore, I'm a gym guy and MD is one of the worst sodas for u. Don't like doritoes. I never win anything so I'm not going to bother, just paid off my Xbox one yesterday actually. The wait it killing me, getting very excited!

not much at all when I'm hearing about ppl having 100,000 points already and being able to give the pts away after winning your console.

i bet there are people out there with hyper caffeine fits and stained dorito fingers sitting on tens of thousands of points

Jesus. If they aren't guzzling and eating that stuff themselves, they're just throwing it away then. Although, I can see someone asking people for the caps from Dews.

they are also doing a sweepstakes..
so you still have a chance.. I have less than 1000
I know people with 15000 or more.. just crazy

Sweepstakes
The sweepstakes part of the contest will allow you to apply any number of codes you want to a sweepstakes of your choice - codes and points are separate, remember - and you can enter as many points into as many sweepstakes as you want (so you could apply one code to every drawing, or a thousand to one drawing, or anywhere in between). These are random drawings.
For all of the details, check out the official Every2Minutes website.

That really is insane and the amount they spent on Mt Dew could have easily gone to just buying a system .

100 pts per bottle
200 for a large bag of doritos
extra 50 pts for combination , bag and bottle
I have 7 bottles and 1 bag of chips =950 which is what I have

so if you drink a lot of dew
yes you could easily get to 15000 plus

  1. Are there any limits on number of codes I can redeem or maximum points I can accumulate?
Yes for each account, there is a limit for both number of codes that can be redeemed and amount of points that can be banked. These limits are as follows: Code Limit -1,000 Codes per person/Account. Point Limit - 150,000 Points per person/Account.
  1. How many sweepstake and Auctions can I win?
Each account can win one (1) Auction and one (1) sweepstakes.

I am sure that there are people with that many codes out there

These are mutant fish men who need Moutain Dew to survive.
Back in high school there was this kid who brought a 2 liter of Mt dew to school everyday. He was one of these fish men I believe.

I have around 5000 or 6000 pts I think, and thought I had a ton. Sounds like I may be outta luck. Oh well, prob would have bought the diet dew anyways . This starts today?

It's claimed as some kind of auction, so I presume it's highest bidder wins. I think it'd be hilarious if majority winners barely bought any Doritos or Dew.

Looks like while the site goes up at midnight, first auctions don't start until tomorrow night.

Looking at some of the points, I think people might have actually spent more money on this contest than on the console with all the bells and whistles attached.

This is one of the custom consoles being given away. I wonder if half black top will be a permanent thing for a skinned X1. Certainly isn't what I had in mind for a special edition.

probably see high bidders (40,000+) for the remainder of the auctions, since ppl will give away their points once they win. Don't know why they didn't do it like last time. Everyone had a chance to win.

I won in the previous contest when they were originally giving away xbox 360s. I ended up getting two games with it as well. However, previously a lot of users circumvented the system and used forwarding email addresses to obtain codes. Are they giving away any codes online?

Not that I know of.

Looks pretty cool but they should skin the Kinect too.
