I predict this getting the lowest scores of the XBox One launch titles.

I don't think it's any different than Wii's boxing. It was fun with a group of peeps. It tires you out.

I enjoy those type of motion control fighting games, but I'm baffled by the lack of a Punch-Out style game. It seems like such an easy and obvious fit.

I've heard really underwhelming player opinions on this, not very accurate you can apparently flap your way through it.

Lol this makes kinects reaction timing look like garbage. They should tune it up for a couple more months and then release it

The thing to remember is Ubisofts other Kinect fighters PowerUp Heroes and Marvel Avengers were both really good fun.

I think this type of thing won't work well unless it actually mimics what you are doing irl. Not a bunch of pre baked animations. Which is actually what I expected from Kinect 2. Is Kinect 2 even good enough to do stuff like that?

I get your point, but if they don't spice it up a bit it'd probably be pretty boring.

You can never make a 1:1 Kinect fighting game even if the tech allows you to. Its not practical. The only that that matters - is it fun to play? Everything else is of no consequence.

Wow...I think Battle Arena Toshinden looked better then this lol ;)

Graphically faaaaaaaaaar from bad though. Makes me wish it was controller based and that it might end up as a solid fighter.

Holding out hope that we might be pleasantly surprised. Per IGN's Ryan McCaffery the motion tracking is excellent for the basic movements, but videos of the game are a little deceptive since the special moves are not one-to-one but rather scripted, abreviated motions. I'm cool with that, since we're not Batman, i.e. flexible enough to do insane things without hurting ourselves. This might also explain why we're seeing some video of what appears to be abysmal kinect motion tracking.

Truthfully, would rather see a straight up boxing game with kinect.
