What was the point of Cersei walking out on the meeting only to come back and lie about her intentions? She could have just lied the first time. Seemed to exist to try and fool the audience much like the Winterfell story line but just like that it doesn't work because the audience knows she can't be trusted.

And was the Arya/Sansa beef real? Because there was no reason to pretend to trap LF because they didn't trap LF. He just got taken down by Bran's powers. A story that would have seen Sansa and maybe Arya working to take him down would have been a great progression of Sansa's character and instead we just get the illusion of her doing something. Good that LF is finally gone because much like Tyrion that is a character that is just living off past great moments and hasn't really had any in years.

And they went north, lost a dragon, and all they got out if was a guy with 1 hand.

As a spectacle its better than ever. Dragons blowing s*** up is always great and its just seeing these characters come together even it makes no sense. But in terms of storytelling its a pale imitation of what it once was. Ok maybe its not as bad as that "bad p****" season.

And where the f*** is Ghost
Your problem is you think they do it to fool us.

What did you think they would come back with? A giant....the Night King....they got exactly what they went for.

It's Jhon. Not my fault GRRM can't spell.

I thought Cersei's behavior made sense. If she rolled over too easily they never would have bought it. The way she did it convinced even Tyrion (and Jaime). Tyrion is no idiot. He knows not to trust her.

Also the two best actors in the show by far. Cersei, Tyrion and of course Tywin when he was still around.

The scene cut... maybe just maybe Tyrion will turn on Jon and Dany especially now they got naked

Plus he has had trouble trying to talk sense into her this season.

Errr...no! Best actor in the show is Ian Mcshane, end of.

Would be a bit out of character, though. Don't. see how them f***ing makes any difference to him.

Is it my problem if I am right? The Winterfell story line was done to fool the audience so they could have a swerve. There is no question.

They got what they went for but why they went made no sense. Ok from a story stand point the Night King needs a dragon but going on a suicide quest to capture a walker to convince Cersei makes zero sense if for no other reason then it was Tyrion who came up with the idea.

I'm looking forward to more conflict that makes no sense. He is the worst hand of all time. He should be groveling at her feet for forgiveness.

You weren't right though, I was. It was a storyline to bring about LF's demise. It was so very obvious.

Made no sense, really? They need every soldier they can muster and a woman who trusts no one and happens to be at war has thousands of soldiers. They needed to convince her, how do they do that without showing her?????

Arya is going to use little fingers face to get close to Cersie and kill her. Then probably use her face to control the mountain. Then use him to kill the ice king.

So the Knight King clearly has sight seeing powers like Bran which has me convinced they lured the magnificent 7 into a trap and simply waited for Dany and dragons to arrive. Why because it was the only way to pass the wall.

Now big theory....

Bran and the knight king are the same person. At some point bran goes back in time to change history and wargs into one of the first men. This just happens to be the man we saw turned by the children of the forest who becomes the first walker and bran stays too long and can't return.

Which is something he has been warned about several times.

Theory has been going on for years and I'm fully behind it especially since the KK facial features match Brans

I said weeks ago that they would make you question Sansa's loyalty only to pull a swerve. That aspect of the story was not about LF's demise as it ultimately had nothing to do with it.

Tyrion would know she would never care and couldn't be trusted

I didn't question her loyality, and neither did you apparently. Hmmm...wonder why...

LF's demise has had everythkng to do with it since they took back winterfell.

The thing that makes no sense is you thinking they are trying to make you think slmething that makes no damn sense.

I hope not.

I still don't get the Hodor thing, and that theory is just more of the same.

They did try to make you think something that makes no sense though. The story line was based around misdirection of the audience. It was all leading to the swerve at the end and that only works if you believe that Sansa would side with LF against Arya or Jon and it was never believable. They went for a surprise over good storytelling but they didn't even pull of the surprise.

Where I was wrong was thinking it would end up as Sansa out-scheming LF which certainly didn't happen even if they want you to think that now. Which just means the whole story was even worse than I thought it would be. Ask yourself would anything have been lost if that exact scene of LF's death happened the episode after Bran showed up? The answer is no. The misdirection of the audience made no sense and fooling LF is pointless as they didn't trap him into doing anything.

I don't see the issue. Bran probably talked to Arya and Sansa after the last scene where they were going at each other. We just don't see that bu that's just a little creative license.

The only real issue is Littlefinger should know that his entire power is based on information. The moment Bran shows up and demonstrates his power he should have bailed.

The issue lies in them going at each other. Them going at each other is completely unbelievable (whether it was real or pretend for LF). Your suggestion just makes you scratch your head about Bran.

The problem probably comes from them originally only wanting to do one season. While this story line may have worked in a full season they probably never intended to do it at all so it just ends up just being filler.

Bran suddenly taking an interest in things is certainly new (probably the most interesting thing as I think it puts holes in a lot of popular theories, including mine). I didn't have any issues with Arya and Sansa. I have no problem that they didn't like each other, as that's consistent from way back. Of course not liking each other isn't enough to get one to actually betray the other.

The only thing i would have liked added was Arya revealing she was in the room when he was with Tywin in s2

Oh and the show runners have said they wanted to make viewers think the stark girls had tension at times but yes with bran around LF's days were numbered.

If not then yeah Arya probably would have wanted to kill Sansa for thinking she betrayed the family.
