Official Thread Game of Thrones

Wow, great first episode! You can really see the boost in budget. It really is like feature film quality across the board. With how incredible this episode looked I can't imagine how the larger set pieces are going to look!

My only regret is that GRRM bailed on the show like half way through (after season 4 I believe). Him not being involved with the writing AND not having any more books out to go off of has been the only thing keeping it from being truly flawless, imo.

It started and I was like WTF! didn't he die last season. Great opening.

I was surprised how sedate it was considering how few episodes are left. Still interesting though.

What is Euron's gift? A returning character maybe?

This episode was about setting up for the big stuff to come. Positioning some characters where they need to be for those events, introducing some new plot lines for this season, and some key character development/discovery. I suspect that once things really get rolling they aren't really slowing down again till the end of season eight.

Or Gendry. That would be cool.
He may, just may, row in for the final scene.

I totally squeel in delight at the opening scene. She's been my favourite character since the first episode.

The costuming in this show is amazing. The set design is out of this world.

I really hope the show cleans up come awards season. Cersei's wig makes my eyes twitch though.

One actor I feel bad for is the dude who played Joffrey. He was so good at being easy to hate, that you can't see anything but an evil king.

Another great episode, I see that title has been updated, so will not go into spoilers. Going to be very interesting.

So guess that is it for the Sand Snakes, do not feel bad about it at all after what they did, if had not been for them killing Doran , Trystane and Myrcella I may have feel different about how it.

I really wanted Arya to get to keep her wolf with her! Imagine how badass she would be, scalping people, wearing their skin, and riding around on a freaking dire wolf!

Also, I think the makeup team deserves an Emmy for separating Arya's eyebrows, finally, after 7 seasons.

The preview shows the people of King's Landing cheering Euron. Why would they do that? Why don't they hate Cersei for murdering their entire religion?

She has, by far, the best boobs I've ever seen. They're perfect. She's 40 and they're still perfectly firm. And yes, they're real.

They may have been topped last night

They may have been topped last night

Cause the sand snakes killed an innocent girl

Interesting episode.

Oh Theon. Just when you start to be likeable you go and do that.

That Arya scene in the woods was a nice homage to one of her's and Ned's season 1 scene.

As for boobs: they are all glorious:grin:
