I rarely ever think DLC is worth it

Out of all the DLC I've ever bought, only two stand out as something I enjoyed enough to make the added cost worth it

Bloodborne DLC
Dark Souls III DLC

Horizon Zero Dawn DLC may be next, but this Gaming Industry practice in no way satisfies me enough to blindly support such tripe most of the time.

Mortal Kombat XL guest characters were worth it for me.

Or bonus characters and weapons in Max Payne 3 online. That game was so much fun crazy Deathmatch gangster mayhem.

Extra side missions for Splinter Cell: Conviction. I really liked theseuch more than Spies vs Mercs.

Lost and Damned and Ballard of gay Tony and Undead nightmare are all worth it

I have to agree. DLC usually isn't worth it but, there are many exceptions.

I don’t agree with the pricing for some DLC. I’m ok with SP DLC pricing, spending $15 on a couple maps in MP has been ridiculous for awhile. I like that some devs are giving new maps/modes for free now.

The Witcher 3 Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine are better than most full games.

Bioshock 2, it wasn't such a great sequel after the first, so I didn't want to buy into it's DLC. Btw, wasn't that content cut from the final game, to charge extra for by way of a DLC key?

As for The witcher 3... I disliked the combat/missions/characters/story so much, I couldn't finish it.

No way in Hell would I buy the DLC to play more of that poor combat... The game itself felt like a chore.

I don't know about it being cut from final game as it's a different storyline. But it's the must compelling and heartfelt story I've played in any game whether it's full game or dlc. Pretty deep s*** man.

I decided to NOT buy Horizon Zero Dawn DLC.... I'm not in the mood to support DLC, & would rather see them put that effort into a sequel instead

Only stuff I've downloaded are some CoD map packs from 5 years ago.

Worth it I guess, but got to say that none of the map packs have ever had maps as good as the starting batch the game comes with.

So I'll get my money's worth, but not exactly wow factor. That's why I haven't downloaded any map packs since.

The annoying thing though what if you change platforms? I switched from consoles to a RoG gaming laptop.

It's annoying enough to buy the game again, but at least game prices go down. It seems like many DLC prices stay the same though aside from Steam sales.

Some that come to mind

Bad Company 2: Vietnam was a f***ing masterpiece!
Dying Light The Following, it's huge and brought something fresh and new to the gameplay.
Mortal Kombat X dlc was all really cool and worth it to me as well.
The Dishonored games dlc missions were great full sized missions.
Rage: The Scorchers was awesome

Some people would be cool with waiting for MK11 and just getting even more MKX DLC expansion.

I do plan on getting Destiny 2 DLC especially how improved DLC made D1.

I just picked up Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and the season pass. I read up on it a bit and a lot of people saying its one of the best missions in the whole game, and about 6-8 hours to complete.

The game got mixed reviews but I really loved Human Revolution, so hopefully I will dig this one.

Dragon Age Inquisition had some pretty good DLC. That one in the mine was more fun than the main quest.

Not a big DLC fan myself either. If i really like the game, then sure i might buy some DLC but otherwise i'd rather just buy some loot boxes for a game like Gears 4 that i love and i don't even do that. Well i did get the Run the Jewels box for $20. Had to have El-P after i heard his awesome vulgar comments. "f*** boy spotted!" is probably the best thing i've ever heard in a game. Then they patched him and took out the comment. Weak minded people.

You are right on the money with the weak minded people thing. I am so sick of this BS ideology of pandering to the lowest common denominator that has infected almost every segment of our society! (Not just censorship issues either) Who is forcing these people to play/listen to this game? We might as well just start our own version of Gasht-e Ershad so nobody gets offended when they venture outside their safe space.
