Yes Marvel finally has a great show, I would love a Punisher series from the same team.

Yeah, I am only halfway through but I think, so far, this is the best comic-book TV show so far.

I smell Season-two is coming soon. :D But yeah, Daredevil is pretty darn good so far. I probably will get it on Blu-ray if it ever comes out (I know it probably will since Orange Is The New Black did that with DVD collection).

I actually can't wait to see what Marvel will going to do with Jessica Drew and Ironfist (or was it Powerman?)

Powerman and Ironfist would be cool. Is it Netflix that's doing a Powerman series?

Holy s*** up to number 4. God damn Wilson.

Holy s*** he seems like he will be an interesting person. Goes from being a nerve little girl on his date to a insane I'm throwing a temper tantrum and caving your head in at the end cause you made me mad

It's so damn good. Raised the bar for comic book shows definitely. Kingpin might be the most well done Marvel villain yet.

For those asking, the other Netflix/Marvel shows are AKA Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and then The Defenders. After the success of Daredevil I imagine it'll get a season 2 confirmed pretty soon. If they keep the standard up that Daredevil season 1 set they'll have a huge winner on their hands.

I can't wait for the bluray, looks and sounds pretty good(awesome use of surround) on Netflix so the bluray should be amazing.

I binged on Daredevil the whole weekend - watched all 13 episodes. If this show doesn't pull in some awards then there's something wrong with people. This might be the best show I've seen since GoT first came out. In fact as I was watching GoT I kept thinking about Daredevil. Just outstanding work, from the camera work to the fight choreography, the writing and dialogue and the acting was great too. Even Foggy Nelson was interesting once he got angry. Also, Kingpin's girlfriend is Kal-El's Kryptonian mother.

Non-spoiler: Just finished watching entire shows. Very nice!! I do hope Netflix will order/renew for season two! One thing I do have to say about Daredevil's final outfit. I have to admit I wasn't feeling his mask at all. I actually like the black mask because it looks so good on him. The final mask, not so much. It looks... odd/off. But overall, great show! I probably re-watch the whole shows again later this week.

Yeah it looks like it comes forward too much and it a bit too bulky. I hope they streamline it a bit in season two. I like the armor otherwise though maybe I was thinking it would be a brighter shade of red.

Yeah. And also I'm not going to lie about one thing, though. I thought Karen looks cute. :smash: Who is she? She sorta reminds me of Naomi Kyle (from IGN), lol. Maybe I'm crazy.

The best part about Foggy is that he isn't there purely for comic relief. Hell, none of the characters are. They all stand on their own two feet rather than the comic book TV show trope of everyone being useless except the hero. Bad characters were few and far between IMO.

Finally, watched the first three episodes last night. Great show so far, I like the more mature approach the show has. I think if it wasn't as dark it wouldn't be as good.

I think again it's the right balance of dark tone exp just cause you can make it more dark does not mean you should. the level of violence is more extreme then what you would get on TV but not over the top to make it dumb. I know some shows I've liked have put boobs and dicks on screen just cause they can it comes off as silly and just turns me off.

Thats how I feel. I'm not saying making it dark and gritty just because. That's the world Daredevil lives in, I like that it doesn't shy away from it, and it's definitely not over the top violent, not that it needs to be. I like that his injuries carry over into Matt' world and through episodes too.

Man I'm loving this series! Up to episode 7 now, only 3 left :( Vincent D'Onofrio is excellent as Kingpin! Bonus for me, I didn't know Rosario Dawson was in the show:drool:

Watched the first two episodes on Netflix tonight and I have to say, it is absolutely fantastic. It doesn't have any of the cheese of Arrow. It reminds me of Chris Nolan's Batman which is great. I really didn't think it was going to be as good as it is.

I had some reservations too, but the trailers looked good and Netflix are capable of making good stuff, House of Cards is evidence of that.

I also agree on the Nola's batman comment(I said similar when all we had were trailers).

My biggest issue with this first season is the finale. It just wasn't as epic as it should have been. Despite that though, I still think it is the best Comic book TV show to date. Agents of shield just does not do it for me. I can not get into the Arrow at all. I do like Agent Carter, but its first season wasn't amazing. I like The Flash too, but it is a bit corny and cheesy. I also like Gotham, which is actually getting better and better as it progresses.

god I love how kingpin throws down. DD is all about flipping and fancy s*** kingpin is just a f***ing mad bull who will ran your ass over. I mean s***. I'm up to 10 will finish it this weekend. spoilers for 10.

good god that fight between DD and kingpin. DD with his fancy ass movies that won't work and kingpin just acting like a damn animal on his ass. no style with kingpins fighting just pure animal beast mode.
