Usually, when someone steals from work, it's in the form of somebody pocketing office supplies or sneaking money from the till. Very rarely does somebody rob their own workplace at gunpoint, especially when they're the manager. Felix Becerra, 42, managed a McDonald's in Pleasanton, Calif. Police say he climbed through the drive-thru window wearing a white mask, gloves used for food preparation, and carrying a revolver. He demanded cash from the office safe and ordered the workers into a walk-in freezer. Police arrested Becerra five days later after he did the same thing to another McDonalds in San Mateo. An officer pulled him over on the highway and found Becerra's robbery outfit, gun included, inside. — By Nick Mangione [Source]
Idiot, why not wait until everyone is gone.
