Most disappointing game this year so far?

Destiny for me too. I didn't realize that the beta was almost a quarter of the game! I was so pumped, I got to level 26 and realized I wasn't having fun anymore.
Another that disappointed me a bit was Shadows of Mordor. Over all a very good game but for whatever reason I was expecting more. For me the story was a bit lacking and I thought it would have more diverse environments. I will still buy a sequel though, it has a wonderful foundation.

I skipped on Destiny after playing the beta, but I knew that type of game really wasn't for me so no disappointment.

For AAA release I suppose it's a tossup between WatchDogs which didn't grab me like it was hyped or DriveClub which I wanted to buy but have been steered (lol) away considering all the online woes.

My true disappointment was The Golf Club which may still turn itself around with patches but the non-existent online play, horrid XB1 graphics/framerate, and myriad of minor annoyances have proven not to be the killer golf game that would dethrone the EASPORTS offerings. HB Studios may still be able to win me back as they promise continued additions/fixes to the game but until it happens I am left with a game so want to like but can't.

Activision

Activision said that every day, there are 3.5 million people playing?

lol. No, they said about a month ago that there were that many daily. The game was still fairly new, and there wasn't much going against it. I'm willing to bet my right nut that now, there are no where near 3.5 million playing per day.

Watch Dogs and of course, Assassin's Creed Unity will be making its run in here. GG Ubisoft.

yes it was reported about 3 and a half million play daily

Re-read what I said.

they reported that number a MONTH AGO. The game was just out 1 month, and there was no other game that really competed against it in terms of mp gaming.

Do you honestly believe that the amount of people playing daily doesn't change as time goes on, or in the face of newer mp games? In other words...do you believe that the same amount of people that were hitting a new game hard, are all still playing that same game today?

Destiny and Titanfall are two of the better games this year so far. Destiny is aces and very popular still with 3.5 million playing daily.

Watch Dogs was the clear winner in the last topic like this but yeah Destiny had taken that crown.

My vote goes to Destiny as well. I'm kinda pissed at myself for going Digital on this game because I wish I could trade it in.
