Of all the console manufacturers, Nintendo is by far the least likely to port their games to PC. All their 1st party stuff sell like gangbusters which also pushed console adoption. 100% BS on this on.
True, but....
1. Some of their games, like Mario Kart, would sell gangbusters on other platforms as well.
2. You have to bear in mind the supposed big focus of 4K. Driving up cost of production and eating into their profits.
but I do agree that Nintendo is the least likely to go PC. Xbox made sense since it is Microsoft. Playstation are forced by rising operating costs. I think it depends what their next console is, a Switch 2 doing 4K seems pointless as I imagine most play in handheld mode. A more dedicated home console like XSX/PS5 might not sell as well.
