Hyrule Warriors limited edition package coming to US, but only in New York City

Nintendo will release a limited edition version of Hyrule Warriors, the Dynasty Warriors-style hack and slash set in the Zelda universe, but in a very limited fashion. The game and scarf bundle will only be available at the Nintendo World Store in New York City.

The Nintendo World Store tweeted today that the Hyrule Warriors limited edition will go on sale exclusively at Nintendo's retail store in Midtown Manhattan on Sept. 26 at 8 am ET. Quantities are limited, store reps said on Twitter, and "due to high demand" it will not accept pre-orders.


The Hyrule Warriors limited edition was available for sale through wider channels in Europe and Japan, where the Wii U game was sold alongside a Triforce-shaped clock and a Treasure Box that included a book, a replica of Link's scarf, a treasure chest and more.

Hyrule Warriors from Team Ninja, Omega Force and Nintendo arrives Sept. 26 in North America, Sept. 19 in Europe.

I have it ordered, but have to wait for it to arrive ( was sold out)
 
I bought it and love it. I never liked the dynasty warriors series back when I first tried it, I'm not sure what it is, perhaps the Zelda theming, but I have a big smile playing this.

I love this game. Never played a Dynasty Warriors game. I had no idea what was going on the first mission or 2, lots of running back and forth like an idiot lol. The more you play the better it gets for sure though.

I will get it soon but need to finish WindWaker which I've taken an extended break from.
 
This is the game I didn't know I was waiting for. :). After weeks of grinding in destiny I smiled because I was actually enjoying a game again.

Hyrule Warriors is a blast. Some people are bashing because it's basically Dynasty Warriors with a Zelda theme and very little inspiration behind it. Thankfully I have never played Dynasty Warriors so this game was definitely new to me. Not you're regular hack and slash game like I though it would be. Must buy imo.
 
Then the game arrived today, but gone see if gets time to play it today or tomorrow. Could be that I am gone take many screenshots and post them later in the screenshots thread.
