Ono to Xbox One owners: Save up for PS4 if you want Street Fighter

Could be why some Xbox fans don't give a poop about SF5.
Save that $300 for Halo 6 Limited Edition console.
A lot of Xbox fans usually dont overreact when it comes to deals like these. Some of us can get as loony as Sony fans but the majority of us usually enjoy what we have on tap and consider it the better alternative anyhow. Even those with both platforms.
Deals like these are just business. But I still don't get how it's beneficial for publishers to cut one third of their market out.
From what I've seen of SF5 beta streaming the netcode looks to be damn good. Now USF4 remaster....
It gives people the justification that their console is the best ( this goes for everyone) when it comes to 3rd party. It gives consoles the ability to show what it is capable of at the present time.
I it is a true exclusive.
all this is just my opinion.
Also I'm sure companies wok out some sort of financial bennies that make up for potential loss of sales
XboxOne and Street Fighter will probably get along fine without each other. Threats like these are unintimidating coming from such a niche title. More people will skip Street Fighter because they have an Xbox One, versus people skipping an Xbox One because it doesn't have Street Fighter.
Not sure how SF isn't anything but the looser here if not for the cash Sony lined Capcom's pockets with. Wonder if Sony also paid them for this lip service. The "save your money," bit seems quite combative - as if the minor difference in console prices really puts the PS4 on some kind of premium tier over the Xbox?
Anyway, it will be fun to look back and laugh at such statements if we ever see the day SF does come to Xbox. If there is one thing the gaming industry has taught us, nothing is ever what it seems on the surface.

Well I see Plainview is getting a PS4 for this game. So I guess these deals are beneficial. lol

I thought he had one for a while. I remember when almost none of the mods either didn't have a 4 or a X1, one or the other. He called someone out because they were saying this site was biased.
Way off subject here, but i was on the old forum also for a long time. Only problem was i didn't have a smart phone or a computer,and I was Shmoking HEAVILY then. So I had to open a new account about every time I got on the thing,lol. I could never remember my passwords,or name I used. Don't know how many accounts i had for different kinds of sites. Jeez i was probably the first David to use hotmail,
Lesson Don't make passwords when you've been smoking. I still to this day cannot figure out the password to my original Live profile. My email address I used, guess what forgot the password to that also.

Hopefully PS4 owners get a good, balanced, and fun exclusive fighter in SFV. The system needs it. I'm personally not too inclined to jump on Capcom's fighting bandwagon though after years of multiple iterations and fracturing of the player base. It seems like they're trying to make some good choices with SFV though, so hopefully it turns out really good. I'm fine not having it on the X1 though, largely due to KI being so good and running so well.

Bloodborne, Uncharted 4, Street Fighter 5, Detroit: Become Human, No Man's Sky, The Last Guardian, Shenmue 3, Until Dawn, Rocket League, Horizon: Zero Dawn, The Last of Us 2, Gran Turismo Sport/7, Ratchet and Clank Reboot, Final Fantasy 7 remake (timed), game from Sony Santa Monica, and a game from the makers of Journey! It's not even a comparison!
A sad list is forza forza, forza horizon, gears, crackdown, scalebound, sea of thieves, halo, halo, halo wars, titan fail, sunset overdrive, quantum break, fable f2p, and tomb raider (timed)! Just look at how epic the PS4 list is in comparison! We're talking multiple games that could be the best ever!

I was making a dismissive answer to a PlayStation 4 games list posted in an XBOX forum.
But if I'm blunt about it, I do think PlayStation 4 has SONY's worst first party performance ever on any of their consoles. I could say more about the hardware, the controller, and PlayStation Network. But let's leave it at that.
But you know Sony has the most anticipated games. The Last Guardian, Shenmue 3, No Man's Sky, Last of Us 2, Uncharted 4, and Final Fantasy 7 timed exclusivity. You watched E3 this year right?? People freaked the f out! There's a storm coming, Mr. Wayne....

On a side note, looking at the list posted above, they REALLY do need SFV. Does Sony not want their player base socializing or something? Granted I don't follow their releases as closely, but there seems to be an apparent lack of great multiplayer/social offerings.

SONY played their fans at E3.
First, who has ever crowd funded a game on an E3 stage? And the money raised was not adequate if you are creating a next generation open world game. Then they show an old PS3 demo for The Last Guardian that they could never finish in the past. Then a Final Fantasy 7 CG trailer with no gameplay. Should be far off from being done.
I like the art style for No Man's Sky, but the more they show of the game, the more people bring into question if it will be boring. Not a lot going on from what we've seen. And the word is they were demoing it off PC, but they are having problems getting good performance on the PS4. I predict ELITE Dangerous will be the better game. The team is adding more and more to the game.
I will say Uncharted 4 is the best of SONY's bunch. Looks fun and entertaining with great graphics, but it keeps getting delayed. Can they make their third release date? Hard to say. But XBOX ONE owners are already playing Tomb Raider right now and it's fun and entertaining with great graphics. It feels like Microsoft beat them to the punch here.
SONY needs more great big budget games on their PS4 platform because their game line-up is sparse. Street Fighter V is a sorely needed exclusive for them. For XBOX ONE, it would be another big title in a crowd of AAAs.
I think XBOX ONE will have 12 first party releases in 2016. Some games are unannounced according to Phil Spencer.
