"Out of date browser" message

For the last week or do, the site has displayed this on the header, and hasn't been displaying menus, etc properly. I've checked and my system is fully updated (Win 8, using Surface)), and I'm not having trouble with any other sites I've gone to.

Any ideas what might be causing this?
