So Phil Spencer in an interview with Geoff mentioned this game as "first party". I am guessing they own the IP? I am hoping Kamiya is the director, looks interesting though the MC gives me DmC "Donte" vibes and that is not a good thing. Though in Platinum/Kamiya i trust when it comes to actual gameplay

Need to see gameplay but this could be an awesome combo
 
The gameplay will be on point no doubt when it does get shown. Kamiya has yet to make a bad game.

I gotta admit, I love it when people get bent out of shape over game exclusivity to the point where they lobby insults. It just goes to show how much of a man child culture gaming really is.
 
This will probably end up being one of the best games on the one! Bayonetta 2 looks very nice on the wii u so i can just imagine this_cant wait for details!

Yeah it's pretty damned embarrassing. The funny thing is this game likely wouldn't have even existed if not for MS, they are funding it. If they want to be mad at someone get mad at Sony for (currently) being the only console maker who has yet to fund a Platinum game. What people really don't seem to get when s***ting on Nintendo and MS for having Platinum exclusives is that their games really don't sell terribly well, in fact if they didn't get funding from different publishers they likely wouldn't be able to continue to make games. If these people were really gamers they would be happy that big companies like Konami, Ninty and MS give Platinum work and they can continue to put out excellent games as they do!

No question, especially with Kamiya at the helm. Bayonetta was one of my favorite games on the 360. Bayo 2 looks great and it's a day one when i get my WiiU.

One of the few games I'm interested in. Glad I own an xb1 as there will finally be some games that I want to play coming out.

Not even that, but they should be grown up enough to realize that. If you're a fan, then you should happy that they got so many projects going because it means that they'll be making money which is good for their future. This is the type of thing a dev like Ninja Theory needs to get on. Making exclusive third party games for each console. Then, maybe release on other platforms and make more money. Just look at Warframe, PS4 exclusive, now coming to the X1.

So long as it keeps them FAR away from anything related to Devil May Cry, i am all for it.

This game just looks SICK. I saw it last night finally on the E3 event. This is gonna be huge. I can't wait for gameplay though.
 
Probably too early. I am surprised that Platinum is using UE4 though. I figured they would use the Bayonetta engine again or something.
