Which ones do you guys listen to? I've never really listened to many of them. I really enjoy listening to Sam Harris speak so I just check to see if he had one. He does. Below is a great on on race, racism and crime.

Are there any really good dramatic, fiction ones? Also, and other great news/opinion/commentary ones like a Sam Harris one?

I don't know where to find these on iTunes, but here's a few I get lady-wood for.

Dr.Karl knows everything ever, and what he doesn't know, people call in. Pretty random science fact too. He has another science podcast with a great Mathematician.

Get some sweet RuPaul realness. Heaps of awesome guests.

Ex-Real Housewife of Beverly Hills star, and professional wineglass thrower, slags off Leanne Rhimes continuously, and swears while talking about her drunk vagina. Epic.

And also, I really enjoyed the Lena Dunham podcasts.

Dan Carlin's Common Sense discusses current events with historical perspective.

Dan Carlin's Hardcore History. Carlin is a major history nut and will discuss things ranging from Rome to Genghis Khan.
Just subscribed to it before you suggested it.

I like their podcasts about weird stuff, UFO's or science research; fringe or otherwise. They are open minded but not so much that they come across as loons which ruins intelligent discussions about such topics. Plus they have really good sense of humors and generally entertaining.

If you ever go down the programming rout. https://www.dotnetrocks.com/

The cover a lot of programming topics and their Geek Out episodes are fantastic even if your not a programmer.

Truck driving for work and this job is so boring. Looking around again for podcasts.

Following Sam Harris Waking Up and also listened to the Waking Up audiobook.

Listened to many Joe Rogan Experience interviews including Sam Harris.

I highly suggest Trevor Noah's audiobook. Sign up for a free month of Audible and you can use your free credit for it.

This is Savage.

Actually an audiobook

Maybe look up the Robert Reich Resistance Report. Mostly his exasperated thoughts and comments on Trump, but also on the response of the Democrat Party.

I remember talking about paranormal podcasts on here once.
Lore is excellent but its only half hour by weekly.
Monday through friday I listen to Beyond the Darkness and Real Ghost Stories Online.
With Darkness you occasionally you get some real crackpot writers interviewing about their new book but most of the shows are really good and the host Dave Schrader (part time host of Coast to Coast AM) is really funny sometimes.

Listened to this most bizarre podcast as Scott Adams tries to the explain to Sam Harris that Trump is a master of persuasion and deal making.

Scott actually has some points here.... sort of. It's not reassuring to me that Trump is brilliant but uses the strange tactic of extreme proposals that he later walks back or seems to enjoy leading through rampant obfuscation. Is it really leadership if the people don't even know WTF you're doing or talking about half the time?

Aside from that, I give much credit to this Podcast for vigorous discussion that remains civil no matter how differing some opinions are. I've considered becoming a supporter.

I need to listen to it. I've yet to hear anybody every come close to winning a 'debate' with Harris.

The insane Vegas shooting made me think of this podcast episode discussing general violence in America that mentions shootings, but also stalkings and robberies.

Planetary Radio, StarTalk Radio, and Astronomy Cast. If not listening to those on my commute then it's public radio usually.

I've been listening to a podcast lately called "Ear Hustle". It's about the life of inmates in San Quentin Prison. It's pretty interesting.
