PS4 Destiny PSN I.Ds for Strikes and Raids.

I'll be down for a raid tonight if anyone is in? I should be on around 7pm ct.
 
Just beat the raid with a full UnionVGF team for the first time! Just need you guys to join the clan so the next time we beat it, we can get that clan trophy as well. Momewrath , VaLLiancE , penguinpig . Thanks for the help btw, penguin!

Been away from my PS4 for some time.
Now I'm ready to kick some ass in Destiny.

I'll join in with anybody if they are interested.
Be warned though. I'm a LOW level. LOL.

I'm at lvl27 now and have full legendary armor so I hope I can complete the Raid soon and get even better stuff.

Yep it was good to beat it. I finally have legendary primary weapons now, so hopefully I'll be able to kill the oracles now with less than 50 bullets next time around.
 
Nice job beating the raid Lord Majestic,BUSTERMAN, and DriedMangoes. It was nice to play through it again in one sitting, you guys are beasts at the raid.

I think I'm gonna have to give up on Destiny now though, just too much grinding with too little rewards. After 3 hours of playing some of the hardest gameplay Destiny had to offer (which took me 3 weeks of playing the game to even get into) I got nothing but the same legendary weapon I also got last week from the raid (despite it being a new week), a few ascendant energies, no armor at all, and 3 ascendant shards, which isn't even half of what I need to level up my exotic armor to the next bump.

The loot/leveling system is simply broken IMO. What do they expect us to do? Play the same raid 15 times just so we can gain enough ascendant shards to level up our gear to each new level.

I'll give the game another try when the DLC comes out.

Yeah, I've pretty much just decreased my playing time to the weekly raid, nightfall strike, weekly heroic, and some crucible. Maybe some farming when I get enough ascendant shards or energy. You can also get the ascendant materials from playing the weekly strikes on the hardest level.

The rest of the week I focus on my other games like Shadow of Mordor and NBA 2K15. Still got Alien wrapped up on the shelf and got FH2 sitting in my Xbox One and Sunset Overdrive coming out at end of October too. Just too many games to stay focused on Destiny the whole week, lol.

Still love the game though.
 
As disappointing as it was to not get any gear or weapons from the raid I still like the game. These loot driven games always hook me even though I get infuriated by the lack of drops. Thanks for all the help on the raid guys it was still a lot of fun even though it didn't give me anything worthwhile.

Yea don't get me wrong, the gameplay, graphics, sound, etc are all fantastic and I do enjoy playing the game, but the lack of any story whatsoever to keep me engrossed, the unrewarding loot system to incentivize coming back, and the lack of matchmaking for the daily/weekly/nightfall missions which make it hard to play a quick game on those playlists is starting to ruin my enjoyment of the game and my motivation for returning.

Maybe I'll join you guys for some more raids again -it was pretty fun and we should get through it much quicker next time - but getting essentially nothing useful for that raid though last night was pretty frustrating though.

Question though - where is the option to play the weekly strikes on the highest level?

When you click on the weekly strikes, before you click launch, go to the level button and click on it, you'll see the option to choose the difficulties there and it'll tell you how many strange coins and marks you'll get.

Yeah, we'll try on hard mode once we get high enough level, apparently, you can get drops again at the same places on hard mode even when you finish it in normal.

Bungie should implement a category system at least for Raids since its so hard. After completion high level items should appear in the weapon/armor/materials category where the player can choose one of them for a random legendary/exotic item.

Ohh well, the game will improve I'm sure and Bungie like Blizzard will find a better balance for loot distribution.
 
Apparently if you do the raid on hard, you get double the drops. So i guess that'll be my next step.

But in order to do the raid on hard I need to level up and get drops, which I haven't been getting.

That's the frustrating part.

Longtime lurker, figured I'd finally start posting lol.

Would love to find some people for some raids. Being a Full-time working, almost 40, Dad...makes end game hard for me. Only 2 buddies playing and we have waaaay different schedules.

So, I'm a lvl 27 Titan. I play alot of Crucible and Strikes.

I play usually Mon-Fri...12am est to about 4 or 5am est (Im in New Jersey)
Sat and Sundays 10:30pm-3/4/5am

Looking for raid mates, a clan, etc..

I play other stuff also FYI also..so even for some Diablo Im down :)

I did it in normal already last night, only got shards and energy... I Can help out though if I'm online. Just a bit more busy this week. So just msg me or something if you see me online.
