MS is giving them free reign. That is what gamers want.Yeah Rhand says that in one of his recent videos eh? Goddamn that kills my hype for a new Ninja Theory game for Xbox. I heard that this has been in development for a long time, so no "haters" should blame MS for this. NT themselves wanted to make this.
That's not to say the game won't be good but man, after DmC which I enjoyed quite much and Hellblade I really wanted another SP game by them.

Yeah, MP tends to really diminish story importance. It can also kill immersion when some dramatic thing is happening and your buddy is hopping up and down, or sprinting to the next waypoint.Yep I know, but I can't help but being disappointed that it's likely gonna be a MP game. Creative freedom is good, it's just that personally I'm more of a SP guy than MP.

I like to walk slow and take in all the details. I hate the headlong rush to the next thing. Kills the experience.Oh man, those are one of the most annoying things for sure. That brings me to Borderlands 3 and how I already know I will want to read everything and buddies will be trying to rush me.

Eh!***SPOLIER ALERT***
The E3 trailer has leaked...quality isn’t fantastic but if you can’t wait til Sunday:

Eh!
Disappointed they didn't do another atmospheric singleplayer game. Something Xbox is in short supply of.
Come on guys. Everyone know no one on xbox buys a one time ride single player game. Xbox are different than sony.
Also have to factor the used games and pirate games.I always did until they decided there wasn't enough money to be made in them, fable is my favorite MS IP of all time. Once they tried pushing Kinect and everything MP that's when they lost me, yeah Kinect is now a distant bad memory but they still need a deeper portfolio and hopefully that'll come in time.
I rather wait, and who was the a****** to do this?***SPOLIER ALERT***

but the game developers don't see that money from second-hand sales. It's not that much, most games are sold early on and that's when used games are only about $5 less than the new copy and there are also very few copies available.
I rather wait, and who was the a****** to do this?
Not sure but ResetEra seems to think he has more info and could potentially spoil the entire presentation.
Some people are just d*cks.
Ninja Theory was set up. From this point on it will already be judged and hate before they can even talk about it. The worst part is to go on stage and talk on something you already have the sinking feeling because some a****** wanted to continue the hate train.
Now they will be 1,000 or more videos and talking trash to set up the trend of hate. That guy needs a good f*cking ass kicking.

I think most of the negativity it will face is about the unfair assumption that Microsoft forced it on them and that would have happened if it got revealed at the show.
Regardless I don't think the leak is that big of a deal.
Because when you have a game with a server to host and you see 200,000 achievements unlocked from each copy but only sold 50,000 copies you know something is wrong. Why should they? they got the money on the initial sale, it's not like it's a shoplifted copy being sold as used. I get the desire to make money anyway you can and I know their argument is they want money from every sale of a game they made but that's like saying Honda should get paid for every used car that's sold, it's a physical disc that is purchased so the person owns that, I know they don't own the "software" argument but they purchased a physical item and they should be able to do what they want with it afterwards IMO. A lot of used game buyers can't afford full price so they buy used or they are people who likely wouldn't have purchased the game at all if they hadn't gotten it at an extreme discount.
