Yup, been saying that all along. Drunk gaming and Xbox Live go hand in hand. I'm looking forward to Sea of Thieves.
Day one, with a 30 pack of PBR.
Hey man, sorry I didn't see this sooner.I ordered a pretty reasonable stereo headset from Amazon just for the game right when I signed up. Sure, it kind of defeats the purpose of having surround sound, but I thought it'd be good for late night sessions.
Problem is, I've still not gotten the invite.
I think there is a preview this weekend.

Ive let my Xbox live account lapse, but you should still be able to play if you log into my account to as a guest?

I haven't played this game but have heard less than great things about the gameplay. Is this thing really in that bad of shape?
Hate to hear this if true. Sea of Thieves is the most intetesting project to come from Microsoft in a long while. Hopefully they keep it in the oven until its ready. E3 should tell us alot about what kind of state it's in.

Aren't the mojority of todays "It" games, fairly mild when it comes to graphics? Nintendo figured this "state of the art visuals don't matter" thing about 10 years before everyone else.
Any idea how long this game has been in development? I hate hearing the few negative impressions out there but I'm hoping it's due to Rare locking off a huge portion of the content. Watching some of these dev videos makes me think this could be something special.

Wth? That's an odd pair to compare. Scope-wise and Stylistically they are polar opposites.

I was talking Graphics- You were talking Game-play? Just for clarification.
It's hard to argue that much looks graphically superior to that "Dad of War" footage.

Media seems to like it surprisingly. That's a good sign. The size and passion of the community will make or break the game. I'm feeling more positive on the game reading these impressions.
