Welcome to the new Mac hardware. Pretty much everything is soldered to the logic board. Anyways I've had nothing but trouble with Mac Minis. They can't even sync 8-10 iPads at the same time without beachballing.
 
Sucks...but...don't like it, don't buy it. Prolly will still sell.
 
Sorry, but why would you buy a mac mini? Whats the selling point?
