Its beyond crazy at this point. Can we even find a republican who wasn't talking to Russia at this point?

He'll blame Obama tomorrow, because of that story about his administration preserving evidence before the transition. Partisan witch hunt, fake news, yadda yadda.

At least his "presidential speech" honeymoon ended fast.

Love all the excuses I'm reading on social media. "Who cares it was when he was a senator". "But Bill Clinton talked to Lynch!" (lol?)

...and now we find out about the Kushner meeting, right after the recusal. This is all being timed beautifully.

but his emails
http://www.indystar.com/story/news/...-email-state-business----and-hacked/98604904/

Vice President Mike Pence routinely used a private email account to conduct public business as governor of Indiana, at times discussing sensitive matters and homeland security issues.

Emails released to IndyStar in response to a public records request show Pence communicated via his personal AOL account with top advisers on topics ranging from security gates at the governor’s residence to the state’s response to terror attacks across the globe. In one email, Pence’s top state homeland security adviser relayed an update from the FBI regarding the arrests of several men on federal terror-related charges.

Cyber-security experts say the emails raise concerns about whether such sensitive information was adequately protected from hackers, given that personal accounts like Pence's are typically less secure than government email accounts. In fact, Pence's personal account was hacked last summer.

I can deal with the fact that people think differently politically from me. What I cannot stand is the massive hypocrisy. Anyone who thinks that the GOP is held to the same standard as the Dems is a fool (and I'm not talking about Hillary).

Bill Maher said it best.

if you're not sure why the VP emails and the Clinton emails are different then ask yourself how the VP's emails got released and you should then know. if you still don't get why they are different then look up the different regulations on the two jobs and if you still don't understand than you are a lost cause.

As to Sessions: can anyone cite the federal law he broke by meeting with the same guy that Obama and several other dem members met with? or even better all this talk of perjury is just as silly as every other non story people are making a big deal of. if you want to see perjury, than look no further than James Clapper and tell me why he isn't in jail. or if you want to look at the AG, than look at silly as holder and his contempt of congress vote and the death that his and obama's silly operation caused.

He lied under oath. Very simple. He broke the law he was sworn in to protect. He also, considering his apparent ties to the Soviet Union, should have had no business overseeing anything. A racist and now someone who lied under oath. This a****** was overseeing Trump's Soviet Union connection which, as every day passes, runs very deep, and is not a surprise.

As far as you bringing Clinton into this, she didn't break any law by having a private server. You want to talk about the three classified documents, well, that's exactly what Pence had on his, even more, and his server was, in fact, hacked.

1. You know that when she ran the private email server, she broke no laws, right? There were no regulations forbidding her from doing so. THAT is what investigation after investigation trying to pin something on her has come up empty handed.
2. The issue with Sessions wasn't "who" he met with, but rather, the fact that he lied under oath. Two things happened there. He perjured himself. You may call it silly, but it is what it is. It's perjury. Plain and simple. And the second, is that in perjuring himself, he's shedding light onto the fact that this new administration TIME AND TIME AGAIN are showing us that they want to hide their love affair with Russia. The fact that Clapper hasn't been indicted on perjury charges doesn't make it ok in this instance. The lack of charge of crime for one person, doesn't mean we start overlooking ever charging anyone. We're not children. The excuse of "well, he got away with it, why can't I" doesn't work here.

Well typed.

Lying under oath is no big deal... just as Bill Clinton... oh what, nevermind.

The media is spinning round and round on the Russia thing but it all gets back to one thing - Tillerson, Exxon and Russian sanctions. The now Secretary of State is in a position to make decisions on Russian sanctions that could impact his former company making billions of dollars. Plus we have no idea if Trump himself has interest there, he never released that information.

I'm not a big conspiracy theorist, but damn, doesn't that raise a red flag? Remember when the VP left Haliburton, then suddenly we "found" WMDs in Iraq? Next we're at war and oh look, Haliburton makes tons of money off no-bid gov't contracts. Coincidence? Well the investigation found that.... oh wait, my bad. There was zero investigation. (insert Maher's magic (R)).

The media handles this poorly and loses sight of the true problem.

Post on Facebook about Trump having military deferments but got to play dress up while touring an aircraft carrier. Replies to post: "Did Clinton or Obama serve?" "What branch of the military did you (poster) serve?"

DEFLECT!! WHATABOUT!!

Typical trump supporter. He never does anything wrong. They never hold him accountable. It's always "but what about...". 'trump dodged the draft.' 'But what about Chelsea Clinton talking at her mom's rally?'

It is scary how easily people are manipulated.

-Trump says something with zero evidence to support it (again)
-Media questions it and goes after him
-Trump plays the victim card "See how they attack me?!?!?!"

Watched last night's Real Time this morning. Don't know much about Charlie Sykes but for a conservative I don't think I disagreed with anything he said last night. Then again he doesn't like Trump and isn't afraid to call out the BS of Republicans. Sure we may have different views on a lot of things but the difference is he doesn't have his head up his ass. I can appreciate that.

He was good last night. He's not afraid to call out the bulls*** like most of the cowards.

An actual conservative who wasn't afraid to stand up to Trump. Amazing. I can only imagine the blowback he'll get. I'm sure he's now considered a lefty socialist commie by Trumpers.

I also thought Maher's question about how they see the left as scary and evil and how that basically justifies any of the lies, spin or whatever else.
