TLDR:. Guy seems to be a good dude.
Looks like the family isn't bad. What I'm reading is that he actually gave away a few balls earlier and gave one to the same kid earlier also.
So he might have been good prior to that, but it still seems odd that he grabs the ball when it was obviously meant for that kid. Who put him in charge of being ball distributor?
