As an aside, the studio for this, Arkane Austin, released Prey 6 months after the other Arkane studio released Dishonored 2. The other studio will be releasing Deathloop middle of 2021. I would expect Arkane Austin's game to be somewhat close behind. Maybe early 2022 for a Prey 2? Should know more this summer.

I finally delved into Prey a few months ago and was impressed by it's thoughtful game design. My biggest criticism is the fact that there's loading through certain areas and once you cross a loading zone, all the enemies respawn behind you. Fortunately this gen, that shouldn't be an issue. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with next.

As an aside, picked up Mooncrash on the holiday sale. Was only $5. If you're intrigued by the Skillup video, it's a low risk to try out.

I didn't even know there was DLC to this game. Gonna have to check it out as I loved Prey.

Yes, the respawn is irritating, amplified by the fact you need to do a lot of backtracking as there is no fast travel.

i don’t know why some developers think it’s a Good idea to keep respawning areas. I can understand new spawns due to certain story line, with harder mobs, but not when you just traveling around.

they could have some hot zones where mobs will keep respawm should you need farm/ scan mobs, otherwise keep areas we cleared clear.
