I wasn't on the current upgrade so I got someone's old iPhone 5, but even this is infinitely better than the 4.
 
My 4S takes care of my needs, for some reason when it comes to Apple phones I'm in much less rush to upgrade over Android devices. I ultimately don't care about Android devices enough to switch from my iPhone.

/shrug.
 
iOS 7.1 is available to download. Click on settings>software update.

Will come with update UI.
Better multi-tasking.
Camera improvements.
As well as a slew of behind the scenes fixes and updates.

Woah, this is a decade old thread haha.

I'm an android guy so this doesn't mean much to me, other than Apple has settled on this thing that happened a long time ago and now consumers can try and make a claim.

The civil lawsuit worked. That's always good to see regardless who the company is. The consumers won the case and you love to see it.

For me the big thing is Europe requiring all phone makers to make it easier to replace batteries in phones, can't remember when that deadline is, but I like it.
