I wonder what would happen if you could repair the cut, but using the hemispheres from two different brains? I mean, could a new blended person of the original memories and personality result?
Or would it mostly seem like the same person, but with different reasoning or feeling an odd 'instinct' or have new and different talents and skills?
Like if someone had brain cancer and one hemisphere was excised and replaced from an organ donor?

Woah, that’s intriguing and kinda frightening, if possible what would be like moral and ethical issues? Like could you take the brain from someone who’s about to die, or one from a prisoner, be it for early release or about to be put out?
