No reason to sue Tik Tok. People need to be held responsible for their own decisions as well as their parents if it was a minor.

Attention spans have been getting shorter through the generations, blame advertisers, or those who seek them out
Yeah but it's insane now, people in their 20's can't pay attention to anything longer than 20 seconds and so many of them have to be the center of attention. I can't remember a time when I've worked somewhere and the younger people were so useless.
lol when I was in college the attention rate was eight seconds, well to hook them, I think now it’s down to four.
We have a 25-year-old worker who's there for only 5 hours at a time, he takes two 20 min s*** breaks, his 15 min break which usually takes him 20 min to finish, and he talks about being wiped out after being there for an hour lol. I want to fire him so badly lol but he's gay and tells everyone about it constantly, so my boss is afraid he'll file a lawsuit. He will also say he needs to take "a quick 5 min just to get my breath" even when it's not busy, he stresses over everything. I've never worked with people this frail in my life.

Funny thing is his dad actually works for a gaming company, one located in a city near Los Angeles that has a new owner lol. He's not a bad person just a weak annoying person to work with, he gets on my nerves but he's not a bad person just annoying as F... lol.
