It's a buy or play on Gamepass. I haven't watched all of it, but caught the tail end where there might not be as much combat as expected? Not sure yet, best to check video or other reviews if you expect lots of encounters.
The b/w filter is fitting, but honestly, for me it's a turn-off... I wished that it was an option and that you could play in color instead. I feel like there's a lot of detail that goes missing right now.
Also, I'm not sure if it's just a bug and that it might solve itself if I restart the game, but the framerate tanks at random moments when running through the village intro.... On the series X ..

I finally started this on GamePass, loving the syle so far. Definitely looks and sounds like a classic samurai film. The parry timing seems a bit wonky and the combat is pretty bare bones, but I'm loving the style.
Finished this today, had a lot of fun with it. The combat is simple, but fun. It had great atmosphere and production values for a small indie game. Anyone who's a fan of classic samurai movies should definitely check it out, wish I had played it sooner.
