Underrated Features

I'd have to agree with the whole system being underrated. It seems like Microsoft is throwing all these new features and tools for game developers (and even app developers) to mess around with. There is lots of potential with the Xbox One and I think we're going to be seeing some pretty cool stuff coming out as the years go by.

For me, I'd say some of the stuff they're doing with audio. Many disregard it being they're using HTiB's purchased from your major retail chain, headphones or the television speakers. But overall it's been one of the things I notice off the bat in good games.

This may not be my favorite feature, but I think Xbox Help could really be a boon to the average gamer. If you get stuck at some point you can say Xbox Help and get context sensitive help responses.

Wellll, whether it's a dedicated chip, built into the GPU, software based, there is a scaler in there somewhere! And apparently it does a pretty damn good job!

I also have to agree with what everyone is saying about Kinect. Believe it or not this is also what sold my wife on the XB1! Someone who I would definatly consider a "casual gamer."

For me it's the kinect. Alot of people won't give it a chance and alot of people hate it for no reason. I think the Kinect 2 is going to shock alot of people.

This too. I was afraid of getting jumped though haha.

I will say, last weekend was a blast. I loved version 1. Version 2 definitely left me with a smile on my face.
 
After getting destroyed last night in Battlefield 4 by people that have too much time on their hands, I'd say Smart Match is one those behind the scenes features that's underrated.

One cool thing nobody has really said anything about is recording your games. This will allow you to recode edit and show the coolest moment of your games and watch them later or share them. I also heard if your stuck in a game lets say dark souls 3 in the future it will show you how someone who got by that part in a video now that's awesome.

I agree, all of the new recording features are going to be awesome. I'm really excited about the twitch support too.

Last night during CoD, I found myself and my party members saying, "Xbox, record that." That's going to be an awesome feature, no doubt.
