Maybe we need to have a discussion about combining clans.....I mean, we're about 14 deep right now....the more people we have in our clan the better the odds we'll be able to find people to play with from the clan. Frozpot your thoughts? Also, I guess we'd have to get permission from the TAG people too....
I think that they are a bunch of guys from another site whom Frozpot and BDaddyK play with on Thursday night...and other nights too. I've played with them a few times and they're a pretty decent group of guys. That's why I'm thinking maybe we come up with a clan that has a name that isn't related to either site and combine the two groups. The closer we get to a full 100 the easier it'll be to find clan members to team up with.
Again, this would take the approval of both sides in order to accomplish it.

Yeah, I was bummed that they had so many of the Thursday crew. I'm absolutely down to combine clans, but I understand if the Union guys just want to stay in a Union group. I've been invited to Join the TAG group, but I will stick to Union if we want to keep it as it's my main forum, and I started the thing. I can also hand control over to someone interested in leading.
I think a combined clan would be beneficial. Call it The TAG Union, or something, lol.

We're really going to need to unite. At first, it'll be easy to find people to play with because we'll all be online a decent amount. But, eventually, lives/family/work/time zones/other games are going to get in the way of that. With only 14 people it won't be long before we hit the point where you go online and there will only be 1-2 other people, or no one. The bigger the clan, the better the possibility we'll actually be able to play with others in the clan.

I just registered on the forum and went to their thread to pose the question to them. I recognize at least half the names of the people in their clan from Thursday nights....
It'll be interesting to see how 343 integrated clans into the game. Will you be able to more quickly invite all online/offline clan members to games vs inviting individual friends? Are there going to be Clan statistics/clan-specific tournaments or playlists where all members of the party have to be in the same clan? I just want to be sure that on the few nights I get to play, that there are enough members of the clan online to get into matches together. The more people in the clan, the better those odds.
I would wait to see how they are integrated into the game before a complete merge. If it's like COD, where you hit one button and see who is online from your friends list/party/recent players/clan, sure.

I'm sort of sad that MCC night is ending. Then I think of all the connection issues and the annoying games of f***ing hammer time you a******s make me play and I'm glad.
