Warning! Challenger Approaching! Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Thread

Figured I would save Wolf King the trouble and let everyone know Smash sold nearly 500k in three days.

This game can really plow you. I was just doing regular Smash solo against 3 CPUs and went to sudden death with one for the first time. Before I could even do anything I'm knocked off the stage. The next match the other 3 CPUs went sudden death and it took them like 2 minutes to finally win lol.

I was never good at this game, just used Capt. Falcon and falcon punched everything on melee but damn the MP is fun.

Yea this is the first time I've really played it. I played Melee or Brawl like once at a friends house.
 
I would hate to think how many hours spent on Melee, loved the MP. Brawl for whatever reason just didnt feel the same ?
 
Can't wait til classes are over. I fiddled around with Zero Suit Samus, who I main with, and was already beating level 9 CPU's after a six year break, haha. It will take some time for me to go back online, though. I really try and perfect my moves.

I've only tried maybe 8 characters but up until then my favorites were probably Little Mac, Ike, and Marth. I saw Ness and decided to check him out and glad I did. He may be my favorite so far. I was just using him in training learning his moves and was doing pretty good. Will try to use him in other modes next to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

Got a bug that's bricking consoles. Hopefully not wide spread.
 
From what I read it sounds like it may be online only? Like when the game is exited from an online match and trying to save.

Heard about that. Bad news, but I don't play online right now. The game's netcode isn't amazing.
 
Unified accounts would be sweet right about now. My 3ds was stolen back in the summer, of course all my handheld games was digital so everything was lost :(

Bummer. That's the main thing holding me back from digital games on Nintendo stuff. I have like $35 in eShop stuff but think I'll just spend it on cheap Virtual Console stuff. If I lose that oh well.
 
Had my Amiibo fight it out in a 99 stock match last night while I worked on a few projects. It wasn't pretty, lol. All of them were edge guarding and spamming grabs. They were playing very dirty but that's how I play when I want to win.
 
Another game gone buy, just got to finish Bayonetta 2 first and a couple of other games.
