I’m addicted to looking at things on my Oled. So pretty. It’ll be awesome once there’s more 4K HDR content out but even now, colors pop from 1080P streaming. Just bought Forza 7 solely because of the tv.
I buy all my movies on 4K bluray if available, crazy great picture.

Pretty big in pq minus the letterboxing that makes the screen smaller. How much better is physical UHD vs digital?

https://www.vizio.com/bigscreensale...tm_campaign=P75Flash20171120&utm_content=saleBest BF deal I see so far for the Sony 65" 900e is Best Buy Canada sneak peak at $1,900. Everyone else's pre-BF price is $2,300. Costco is at $2,300 like everyone else, but they havent spilled the beans yet on their BF deals.
We'll see how the pricing shakes out, but it looks like it's between this Sony tv and a 65" P-series Vizio. Although it's regular is price is $3,000, so there's no way it'll come down to $1,900. But who knows.
I liked my 55” B7 enough that I lost my mind and upgraded to a 65” B7. They’ll be making the exchange Monday.
This means less chipotle runs and more crock pot cooking in 2018.

I keep waffling between the LG B7 and the TCL P607. Budget vs quality.
I went with budget last year, and the HDR is so bad on my set that I have it turned off. Leaning more towards the OLED.
Guide me, TV broz.
That was the one thing I regretted was not getting the 65”, but I will get a 2018 65” next year. Cant wait.
Next month is going to be great a bunch of Nolan films including the Dark Knight Trilogy will be released on 4K bluray, Nolan showed clips of them at an event, and of course he wanted them shown using OLED TVs.

Nice! Good excuse to watch Dark Knight again. Still haven’t seen Dunkirk. More excited to see them at home opposed to the theatre now.
Anyone have any calibration guides for the OLEDB7P?
Never really bought any TVs where I care about calibrating it, but want to make sure I get my moneys worth with this one.
Thanks!http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/b7-b7a-oled/settings
You can also get a Calibration bluray like Disney WOW and that will dial in the picture nicely.
What a rollercoaster. But literally 5 minutes ago, I finally scored the Sony 65X900E from Costco Canada online.
It went like this:
- Turns out Best Buy and Costco started selling their stuff early today
- Costco's "come back Nov 24" was BS. They started doing their online deals early today
- Costco ended up having the TV on deal for $1,900 (like everyone else)..... then I got home from work..... sold out
- Turns out Best Buy had an early bird online special. Buy it before 9 pm and get a 10% gift card. So that's like an extra $190. It was in stock
- Was thinking about it as I still want Costco's warranty, and Best Buy's similar multi year warranty is $450!
- Decided to just do it at BB at about 8 pm and skip the extra warranty.... sold out now!
- Midnight came around and BB now has it in stock for the start of BF (but no more gift card bonus)
- Forget it.... I'll wait for Costco
- Decided to do a random check before bed and it's now available again! Bought it, the $99 extra 3 year warranty, and the net price is still cheaper than BB if I did similar extended warranties
....... but bad news..... it's on 2-3 week back order!
Oh well. At least I got it where I wanted and the price I wanted. And done online so no need to line up and haul it into my bro's van.
Costco is a weird site. When the product is out of stock, the product disappears from the site. But I decided to do a Google search and found the TV's actual web page link, which came up fine and allowed me to buy it on backorder.
So someone using the site normally would never see the listing. You needed to find the actual product link.
Skimming some sites, it's going for $1,500 US which is roughly $1,900 CDN. For once, us Canucks didn't get ripped off.Congrats on getting your TV! 900E is a great value.

No it doesn't.Wtf ? My 2016 ks8500 already does all of this. HDR in game mode is also pretty low latency. Is this for the M series TVs?
