the more expensive one i assume is better but it has a clock speed of 1.5ghz (with 4 threads), whilst the cheaper one has 3.0ghz (2 threads)

i don't know what any of this means, but 3 > 1.5 seems significant?

use would be just for general browsing, including HD streaming and opening multiple tabs

I don't know about prices in the UK but I feel like you can probably do way better.

370 pounds is like $800 here which should get you a very good PC with an Intel i5, 8GB RAM 1TB HDD etc at the minimum. Those PC's you're posting would cost $200 or less from a clearance warehouse here.

Have you looked around? Maybe there's some UK folk here who would know where to get better bang for your buck.

Someone could maybe even put together a PC from a UK web store for you that would do everything you want for cheaper?

i'm a noob when it comes to pricing pc's, but UK electronics are often more expensive than in the US (the ps4 is like $600, for example). also purchasing from a reputable retailer/somewhere i can visit rather than an online-only business is preferable
