Will you be using your real name and/or picture on PS Plus?

god damn no. I don't even use my pic on my linken and facebook. I don't want my pic on-line any place.

well I don't want anything I say on-line to be linked to me. I did have my pic on-line years ago when I was young and some gay guy wrote me wanting to f*** saying he saw my pic on some gay dating site or some s***.

My mean worry is the fact it's easy to find a person on-line if you apply for a job and the like. I don't want to miss out on a job because of all the raping I be doing and talking about where I dump the bodies on facebook.

Makes sense. I was actually thinking of setting up all new accounts for everything with the next gen consoles.
Email and facebook accounts dedicated solely to my gaming personna. I wouldn't want my real life friends and coworkers knowing what a geek I can be and how much time I sometimes spend playing games when I'm off work.

I hate when guys find my pics on gay dating sites.
 
Does it show your real name for the rest of you guys, even though you chose to not display it to others? I'd almost rather have it just show my gamertag, but it doesn't matter.
 
Yeah I have it set to not display my real name, but it's what shows up on my console menu.. no option to change it as far as I can tell.

Which is a bit of a problem.. because I use MY name on both mine and my fiance's accounts.. since it's my CC info on there. So how is that going to work with 2 accounts both with my real name as the username? The hell Sony?
 
Go to edit profile and you can change your name.

Separate from what Sony sees you as well.



Don't be afraid to go into settings and see what they are.
 
Used my real name and actual Facebook account, I don't see why I shouldn't. Those that have friends requested me will see me, the wife and my granddad at our achievement. Lucky bunch. o_O
 
I'm using my real name and I think Facebook account as well. Pretty sure other people (friends only) can see your real name and whatnot when you mutually share an invite between the two.
