The Ukranian and Russians have been tracking Malaysian MH 17 all the way through and both sides are not dumb enough to shoot it down....The Separatists on the other hand? They are not that smart and was savoring their victory over an Ukranian AN-25 several days earlier and have an itchy trigger finger....
Still, Russia ass is burning and they are hiring spin doctors lieft and right because the Buk (NATO code name SA-11/17) system was provided by them and yes, U.S. has at least three satellites in that region and at least one infer-red one track at least three "white spots" rising out of the ground from the Donesk region........No doubt that the rebels shot it down!

Always relieving to know that Canada is surrounded by water and borders the US. All the countries bickering back and forth could stay where they are..... half way around the world right beside each other fighting forever where no ceasefire agreement is ever respected.

Guess what? Decades ago, Quebec had a vote where the people cast their opinion on whether to separate from Canada or not. The "No" vote won by just a few %. It was a close call. I'm sure there were some asses doing some protests, but there was no big provincial lock down or federal government shackling. Go ahead, let them vote.
Logistically, even it got approved for splitsville, you can't get to the east coast without going over Quebec, so any Non-Quebeckers would technically have to go through the motions like crossing any country, but nobody cared. If they want to go, they can go if they want to be separate. If they want to stay, they no problem, welcome back and lets get back down to the real issue at hand.....

Agreed. It'll be a casualty of war. And it's not like Malaysia is going to do anything about it.
The world has been going to s*** in the last 2 months.. And I thinks it's only going to get worse. Sucks our crappy president is more interested in fundraisers than anything else. United states is supposed to be the peace keepers of the world and yet weak ass Obama isn't pushing for nothing.
There's a video circulating around with the Pro Russian Separatists bragging about shooting a plane down thinking it was a Ukranian cargo plane.
It crashed on a mystical island that can time travel and destroy the world.
What exactly do you expect them to do ? As far as I can tell nobody really knows what happened, and it seems most likely that the culprits are nothing but a band of rebels. It is up to Ukraine and/or Russia to sort this out. Not a country half way round the world. If anything, the European nations should be the ones stepping up.
Russia shot down a Korean airliner in 1983. President Ronald Reagan, who was at home at the time, immediately gave a 20 minute speech to the American people. The speech was heartfelt and sincere from the former president. Obama heard about the plane shot down today while he was doing whatever God knows what then gives a 40 second speech about how he felt sympathy for the families of the dead. Then it was immediately back to whatever was on his schedule. Quite a testament to how this country has changed from Bush and beyond.

It's hard to draw any meaningful conclusions from the two presidents' reactions to the news, though. There are so many different factors that separate the incidents, and only a couple of broad, mostly superficial similarities.
It's comments like this that contribute the most in the world going to sh1t. What is he supposed to do? Every time another country does something wrong the United States doesn't have to intervene. Ridiculous.
Worst part is the plane looks pretty intact meaning a lot of people on board were still alive as it was falling.

What a silly and ridiculous comparison to make. Shows that Obama critics will literally jump on any issue. If Obama reacted right away without knowing all the facts, he'd be criticized for that. Waiting for all the information to be at hand before reacting results in criticism. He just can't win with his uninformed critics.
Moreover, Reagan took 4 days to give that speech. He wasn't at home and dropped everything to give some heartwarming 20-minute speech. Plus, Reagan wasn't even President in '78. Too many holes in what you're claiming.

Some say pro-Western forces shot down the plane thinking it was Putins areoplane - which was in the same vicinity just 20 minutes before.
I'm pretty sure it's been proved it was the rebels. They were bragging on social media accounts right after it hapebed.
No. It hasnt been proved. I suggest you dont pay too much attention to the media of the interested parties. The Russian news and government is pointing the finger at the govenment in kiev whilst Western media and governments aee blaming Russia. Nothing has been proved by anyone. Watching Aljazera news is probably the best news channel to watch at this time.
in any case, whomever shot down the plane definitely didnt mean to do so. Its just yet another bunch of civilians being caught in the middle of the battle between Russia and the West which is currently tearing Ukraine in to peices. Both sides are just trying to use this tragedy as an advantage in the raging propoganda war. Its really sick actually.
You do that. But why does it matter who accidentally shot the plane down? To me, it makes no difference. It has no baring on anything going on in Ukraine. Its just a sensless blame game.
Because the world should know who is responsible for this atrocity. I'm sure if you had family on that flight, you'd want answers. And yes, I 100% percent believe it was the rebels. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. It makes no difference in the end to me. And as your new here don't go making assumptions about members you don't know. I'm certainly not sitting hear watching Fox and buying every lie and half truth they regurgitate
