So i spoke to a member of leadership right now and they do not have any further information right now.
The system is giving me the option to refund this order, which it never does, as the item is non refundable.
I dont want you to wait for the second code to arrive, so i can refund the order for you and you can place the order again once the issue is resolved.

generally these items are non refundable and non returnable. but it seems the system is allowing us to make an exception for you.
