Besides the Day One edition, I ordered an extra controller and headset. For games, I'm going all digital, and getting Crimson Dragon and BF4. I do want Ryse, but will wait for a review or two.
An extra headset? or a 3rd party headset? the MS branded headset is now included in the box.
Yes I know. The extra controller and headset is for my wife. She has her own 360, but this will have to do until we buy another X1
Can 2 people use headsets on one console now? Or you just don't like sharing the same one?
I don't see why we cannot use 2 when we play coop with others online. I would assume that we will get at least some local coop games that we can play with friends online.

Make me sad every time I see the price you guys pay for the games (I have to pay about equivalent of 95 bucks per game). I maybe have to import my games, but then it also mean I may not be able to sell them at gamestop. *Sigh*

I don't know why it's an issue either, but it's never been possible before. There's been lots of times where a friend's been over, and we've played other friends online - only one guy gets to talk. We'd always swap the headset every few rounds.
Pretty sure it isn't a priority, but hopefully they can work this issue out for next-gen.
Ryse, DR3, FIFA 14, NFS Rivals, BF4, a Play & Charge Kit, and an extra controller are all paid off on Amazon, via trade ins and gift cards.
Also, a friend whose wife is a video game Nazi, and who only gets to play games when he comes to my house, is buying CoD Ghosts for me/him. Emphasis on me.
All that remains is the console with free shipping and no tax (shhhhh).

I traded my 360 yesterday and picked up a WiiU to play Wind Waker in HD......which is the most I have ever paid for 1 game It is fecking lovely!

I've got Ghosts Prestige Editions pre-ordered (comes with one year XBL Gold, handful of points) for $136 (some kind of price glitch).
I'll probably do Dead Rising 3 as digital, and will pick up AC4 Collector's Edition.

Well Im buying 2 X1s so I don't think Ill be able to afford any games at launch. So it will be about a week and a half after launch before I can buy any games. But I plan on Ryse, Madden 25, and BF4 will be the games that I kick off next-gen with.

I'm probably going to cancel my ACIV preorder for the X1 and get it for the PS4 due to the exclusive content. Just found about that a few days ago. That will also give me at least another game to play on the PS4 besides KZ4.
I didn't think dedicated servers were confirmed for BF 4 on XB1, I know COD have confirmed it will be using them.
